Nice sampling of the dining options there! Now I really want to go to Viva to try that pork skin/belly dish…. For the Hainan Chicken Rice, to eat it like a Singaporean, you need to put all 3 sauces(ginger, chili, and extra thick/sweet soy) over the chicken and the rice and eat it together. With each bite and chew, you get a different flavor highlight, but they all work together. It is one of the dishes considered something of a national dish for Singapore although it is eaten in several areas in Southeast Asia. Another famous Singaporean dish that I believe they also have at Resort World is the Chow Kway Teow. It is a stir fried noodle with egg, seafood, Chinese sausage, and some veg like onions and bean sprouts. If it is done right, the wok should be very hot and fiery and they need to incorporate some lard in the recipe.

I wanted to try Viva, but after your food arrived and that birrrea taco (which they should’ve been embarrassed to serve) it’s a Har d Pass for me. Honestly for the price you paid that taco meal would’ve gone back. I too have tried the famous foods court and unfortunately that was another over priced low quality food experience. Resorts world promised a lot but in my opinion did not deliver. Thanks again!
