This guy has forgotten what it's like to be ships company during an overhaul. Sailors are not trained for depot level work and they are only available 25% of the for yard work.
Still don't know how the guy who still has yet to deliver FORD with working elevators, catapults, arresting gear, F35 becomes the CO of the organization responsible for delivering the ship.
