Wrong, the old lady (in the video) just trusted her grandson, not the technology or brand or whatever, before getting in the car. There is definitely a leap but it is a conceptual leap in explaining the trust issue by the presenter. A quick and superficial read of the related academic literature would clarify that the trust issue is far from being that trivial.
