?? They float leveled a floor with a concrete slurry and a stick. The only thing "rolling" about was the wheelbarrow and it certainly didn't result in a "polished" floor. Something was definitely lost in translation here.
That material appears not to be mortar. It seems more like clay.
may i know why they din put cheap or small stone first before adding cement
