ANSWERS to all questions:
1. Sewage treatment works is in town, beside the car inspection.
2. Batteries are bought at Teimo's, not Fleetari.
3. Your air/fuel mixture should be 13.1 when warm for maximum power.
4. N2O isn't working as the N2O injectors are not bolted on, also the bottle might now be empty and need recharged.
5. Your gears are grinding as the wear has probably got to a bad stage - you haven't reconditioned the 11 wearable parts in your engine, so parts will fail soon!

@@Diebox360 go to fleetari's repair shop, once there, refilling the n2o bottle is an option.

You need to full the tank at fleetari than you can tune it i find it best at 1250 but you need to tune the nitro injectors to 2 bolts 5 mm

Looked like the screws that hold the N2O injector bracket to the carb were not screwed in. Prob enough for the game to think it was 'loose'.
Any chance you could drive to the base of the radio transmitter so we could have a look at it please?

Idk, in Germany you got radio-clocks which set the time automatically. There‘s a dedicated radio signal for that.

Maybe the clock is synced to a radio-broadcast time signal (which was quite commonplace in the 1990s).
I fully expected to hear "Flash, ahhhhahhhhhhhhh" when the nitrous was engaged...lol
Glad you're okay Squirrel! Also, I've had an idea that may or may not work for the battery depletion.
*Option A* take the battery out of the car, when you don't plan to drive it for a while.
*Option B* uninstall the clock and put the RPM gauge in, so the clock isn't eating away at it.
I can't justify whether they will work or not... but I reckon it's worth a test!
you need to tune the 4 carbs in the racing carb to 11-12 a/f ratio for the nitrous to really make the N-TEC kicked in yo!
26:09 you can see a bolt little bit down and right that isn't tightened. There are 2x 5mm screws that need to be done. Don't remember if Squirrel tightened those in the last episode and haven't yet watched this though

I don't really know much about nitrous in cars (RL or in MSC), but the chemistry behind it is the N2O breaks down at high temperatures and releases more oxygen for the combustion reaction. This helps performance since getting enough oxygen into the engine tends to be a lot harder than getting enough fuel.
But, IIRC, you're running a lean mixture for the racing, so you may already have enough oxygen for optimal combustion, and adding more doesn't do any good. Richening the mixture may help... assuming the game has implemented all this in that much detail, which I could see going either way.
Nitrous definitely isnt working. It should be a massive kick in the pants. Irl it's usually tied to a wide open throttle switch. Maybe you're not quite getting wot in the game?

Casey Blackburn definitely need to be very careful if it's not tied to a full throttle switch. Part throttle activation can and will lead to rapid unplanned disassembly of your engine.
Honestly theres no reason to ever want the nitrous active at any position other than full throttle...

Hey Squirrel, if you're going to do some drag racing and comparing times, try swapping rims/tires to the slicks. They handle like a dream on pavement and have good grip for a launch.

I don't know if this is correct but what I think is that if you put the pressure valve on full it will lastt longer therefore will release the nitrous gradually whereas if you put it at half or a quarter it will release it quicker which makes you go faster in a shorter length

this is not how car battery's work! there is no reason batterys shouldn't last for years with good maintenance. if anything your alternator is bad if the battery goes dead. there is no reason for a battery to go dead when stuff is all working like it is supposed to. tuning on your seems to be bad really. why are the rpm so low
I think the longest I've seen a battery be useful has been about 10 years. I usually replace them every 5 because I'm a 'tard that occasionally leaves his lights on. :D
Yep a good battery should last for ages. Mine lasted 8 years in mostly city driving. fully discharged it twice by accidentally leaving the lights on. And left the car last winter unused for 5 months in freezing cold. I could still charge it to 11.9 V and had ~190 CCA out of the original 540. So it was toast. But the point is that good quality batteries should last a very long time (even up to 8 to 9 years) and you really have to treat them very badly to kill them within a few years. So this game update is kinda pointless.
His Air/Fuel mixture is wrong. He keeps tuning it to 14.7-ish. When it is tested and proved by a lot of others, (including myself) that 13.1 or 13.2 is the golden number for this car in this game. I've done 17.6-ish times with a keyboard, where I can't control the wheel spin at the start, unlike with a wheel setup and an actual accelerator pedal. Just by having the A/F ratio set to 13.2. And not least, I've used the slick tires for the drag strip, not the rally tires. To give more consistent results, when testing out the different A/F settings. (more control with tire spin and grip=more consistent results and less variables to deal with)
Georg1979 never had problems with my ratio being at 14.6 no wheel spin or problems with taking off and I use an Xbox one controller with the clutch on the right stick.

In the experimental version there is a guy who you can play cards with in the evening/night. He has a small shack in a new area of the game, near the antenna.

Also there is a new driveable car out today in the experimental. Keys for the vehicles have also been implemented. You can win the car in the card game or you can actually steal it using the screwdriver.

Your missing two bolts witch are in the Engine where the N20 Injecters Are (5 mill Screw) That can cause the N20 To lack.
It can still work with out it but it takes longer to heat up. Hope it helps.

The wastewater sewage treatment plant is a big yellow building with a fence around it, I think it has a car in front of it, It is in town I think. That is where you take the sewage so it does not count as a felony. If you dump it elsewhere, you will get a felony. If you get a felony, the fine will not go to your mailbox right away, It may hit your mailbox the day after but im not sure, you just dont get the fine right away. The inside of the sewage plant building looks like a shop. I dont know where you dump it but I know the building you dump it at. There also is a new car coming soon to the game. It is a older car that comes with a bed in the back, ( Just a heads up). I am an American in the U.S, but I love watching your videos. Keep up the good work. I love your "My Summer Car " videos. I was also wondering if you could bring American Truck Simulator back, (Trucking Diaries). Your train simulator and car mechanic simulator 2018 is pretty great too. I love your videos squirrel. there is a mobile phone mod, bag mod, wood carer mod.... i think you should install those mods because it makes the game easier and you can get jobs in the go! i know you dont use mods and mod support is not official but it is fun to use mods!

They should add a way to jumpstart the car (wire up another car's battery to your car's flat battery and leave the car running for a while, then start up the dead car).

You need to bolt the injection on the racing carburetors which is 2 5mil bolts Squirrel. That's why it's not working

At the end of the run are you dumping the clutch and braking?
If so, your brakes perform worse.
I haven't seen any immense advantage to have nitrous but it seems to have a bigger more noticeable effect in 1st gear than any other but all in all I think it's not optimised yet. Same as the drag slick tires, haven't made any tests to see if they truly make a difference either.

When racing keep the handbrake off then put the clutch in and put the revs high then just before it goes green put the handbrake on
When you wanna use the nitrous. You have to tune your carbs around 10-12 to get the most power, and so the engine dosent blow up
hey Squirrel did you ever try setting up a vr set with ATS to see if it works as a way to look around while driving to make it feel alot more realistic
ATS has VR support. You have to select it from the betas tab.

It seems something isn't right with your nitrous simple reason being it should drop your mixture a fair bit when you activate it, so check the bottle isn't empty at the Mechanic, also check all bolts on the Carb & NOS linkage, maybe remove carb and put it back on, as mixtures got adjusted on the racing carbs.

22:40 According to the wiki, properly set up the engine produces 125 horsepower without the nitrous and 145 with it. So it's not that much of a difference.
NOS only works at High speed 50 or 60+ MPH (80km/h or 100km/h) especially in Street races.
Double check the new installs, swear you missed a couple of bolts in the last episode

The bracket for the N2O injectors appears to be unscrewed, that is probably the issue. The bottle looks full as when it drains the needle will not rise all the way.

Most NOS systems are 2 stage systems. You turn it on then there is another button to activate it.
While that's correct, that's not the case in this game.
For escaping the police try using the moped on the backdoor, I've seen another player use a glitch on it as long as you are on the bike they can't get you

I haven't played the game myself. But I suspect the switch enables the NO2, and there should be a button to use the NO2.

I don't know anything about this game but I can tell you your revs are dropping way to low. You can hear it kick in your high rpms can you change your gearing?
