Ok so yes, as someone mentioned, people want to do the right thing and they want to know, so do we take the lids off jars, bottles and cans? (You asked the question but did not answer it). We need even more specifics please, especially about glass. Glass jars sometimes have aluminum lids, sometimes plastic or metal. And cans, - what type of cans can be recycled? This is a great start, thank you. So glad I stumbled onto this. Most of us need a LOT more education on this topic.

I stopped recycling in 2020 once I realized their was NO point, the homeless come and knock over my trash cans, throw everything out
