I don't know how imminent this collapse is but worth remembering that it took russia 2 wars over many years with huge casualties to subdue chechnya. If it all kicks off again they won't have the power to subdue them again given that they have no trained army remaining.

I have no idea what she's talking about with "Chechen Uighurs", but I suspect that's probably either incorrect or a misrepresentation.
