My phone doesn't allow me to remove the app even after the steps. The uninstall option never comes up.
I have a P40 Pro, I made all passage correct but I received a notification "failed to unistall Retail Demo" what I wrong?
Did you checked “allow to uninstall” option?
@@gsmcode yes but the difference is that you have the key unistall while I have disable and after deacivate and unistall but doesn t appear that the app is unistalled, than i reset like u but after I have the live demo activate

@@JohnnyRera yes it is. Try after uninstal to tick “OEM” in dev. Option then factory reset.

This is the demo app he downloaded. It does not work with original retail phones. at min 1:00 you can see at the bottom that it was installed from the store

Salut, j'utilise honor 50 je désactivais l'application, mais je n'arrive pas à le supprimer totalement sûr le téléphone. En plus, quand je désactive l'application si seulement je redemandais le téléphone la publicité reviens encore. Que faire ?

Hi... I have an Honor magic 4 pro in demo retail mode and I tried to follow your P40 reset procedure. Until the phone reset it's the same.
Unfortunately, after several minutes of turning it back on, the demo mode is still present. Do you have any thoughts on this? I thank you in advance

this is not an ideal solution because if you do a hard reset the Retail demo application it comes back from the new me I think you have to unlock the boot loader and format the phone entirely and reinstall the Rom of the new one
Wrong friend. Watch video and you will see that i did factory reset and demo was gone. Try then comment. Thanks

Try from safe mode. Turn off, power on device and on huawei logo press and hold volume - until boots up.
