Awesome video Kyle...Thanks for showcasing our little Fugly Stick! We have built a ton of them and I'm glad to see that people like them. I think an SBR version is in order. :D
Its like 100 years old but ppl still love em and they work well for what it is. That is something pretty incredible since humans scrap and replace their tech every 2 weeks.
I worked on a Corsica at a local garage that refused to start....I wish I could've shot it. Thank you for making my night, my day, my week, and possibly my month.
I love my Mosin. The year imprinted on the barrel is 1943, it's had thousands of rounds cycled through it, and it still shoots like a champ. Best rifle you can buy for the money.
I had a cheep 91/30. Free floated the barrel, put a return spring on the trigger, rubber butt pad and a cheap $100 red dot with a od green duracoat. Best $250 I have ever spent. Cool vid. Glad your back.
He said it was a different rifle. Probably didn't have the high speed in place for that shot so he used the muzzle blast from the "other fugly" for presentation purposes.
The rifle you were holding when you shot at the mannequin had no muzzle break on it, then you show a high speed shot of a muzzle break. What is this sorcery?
the paratrooper Mosin is about the same length. Of course now that you called the 54R a plinking round I think its time you get a Soviet Dragunov and show us how it does out past 500 meters :)
The Dragunov is insanely loud! I was at the gun range and a guy shot one a few spots down and made everyone turn and look to see what he was shooting lol. Even with ear protection on it was loud! I can't imagine shooting it without ear protection
Zaryte x no theyre not. i own a mosin... and everyone who owns a bolt action has tried it before. if it was too hot then why the hell would he have tried to catch it in the first place...
Fps, another good stock for the nagant is by archangel, instead of the ammo being stored within the gun it turns it into a mag fed. It is very nice and makes the gun look very futuristic.
ooohhh!!!!! I WANT ONE! Also when your shooting paint onto the paper I recommend lowering the paper so you get a better spray or raise the canisters another 2ft.
That big of a scope for 200 meters? Simo Häyhä was a Finnish marksman who used mosin in the winter war. His longest confirmed shot was 450 meters... And he only used iron sight.
did anyone else notice the high speed footage is of the gun with the attachment at the end but the first regular shot had no such attachment? plus the high speed impact on the target looks like a 45 cal. not 7.62. Something is wrong here.
he has 2 of the mosins as someone previously said. different shots spliced together to look like one. he probably only has 1 high speed camera. and about the ring, probably just a different person shooting.
harorider879 we know he has 2 mosins, however its a little deceptive to present 2 different videos as the same instance. and again the slow mo impact looks like a larger caliber than 7.62. Now I'm no expert but given the 2 oddities, it makes me wonder.
Luis Guillermo Guzman Pereira Nope, the .303 is no way near the 7.62x54r. which is somewhere between a .308 and .30-06. .30-06 =2900 +/- ft-lbs of energy .303 = 2400 +/- ft-lbs .308 = 2600. 7.62x54r = 2700-2800 ft-lbs.
He probably only has one high speed camera so they just edited in a different clip so they could get footage of the target getting shot as well... Does that make sense?
Probably it didn't look that good without the flash hider so he shot again with a different rifle (with a flash hider obviously) and hoped that no one will notice it xD
i have a nagant i had glass bedded and floated in new fiberforce stock, had new barrel match crowned, new custom match ajustable trigger, im shooting 3" groups at 800 yards(yea i know could be better)with hand loads with 148 grain, boat tail, polished ammo. love it, got 3 deer this year at over 400 yards with it. Ohh my optics i use is a steiner 4-16x56 red reticle g2b tactical scope.
RUclipsrs, Please respond if you agree with any of the following guns on this list for FPSrussia to try out: AN-94 DP-28 LMG Dragunov FN F2000 FN FAL HK 21 HK G11 KAC Stoner LMG (With & Without CHAIN-SAW Grip kit) Kriss Vector K10 KSG LSAT M1919 Browning MG42 MP40 MTAR-21 (TAR-21) PP19 Bizon Remington ACR Saiga-12 Skorpion Evo A3 SPAS-12 SVU Tommy Gun VSS Vintorez XM8 Add any other requests in the comments and like so this comment is seen (you know, so these guns may actually be shown)
Nah it's on purpose, the fireball from the long range barrel just wasn't very impressive so I used the one with the brake on it for the 90 degree high speed shot.
This should tell you something about hollywood, 2 shots to stop an engine completely in real life, in the movies, ak-47 bullets just spark off the bumpers and grill and don't blow holes in the radiator and ventilate the engine block.
I could imagine having one of these around WW2. c: Huge super sonic bullet (7.62x54mm) , long range scope, folding stock, now all it needs is one of those 45 rails, that i can assure you would be good for close-medium and meduim-long range combat.
Wtf when he was shooting that head he was using a completely different gun because it had no muzzle break on it and the bolt was much different. Then when it went into slow motion the gun had the muzzle thing on and it looked like he photo shopped the mosin into his hands lol.
ya they were both mozens but two different ones, my gues is he didnt hit his target with the other one, but it looks better with the muzzle break on it, so he hit the target with the one he shot but it wasnt the one that had the slow mo shot
ttobyg Ever fired the standard 147 grain ball? The brass is VERY cool after firing, and I've been shooting one for years and never had hot brass, unless I was using heavy reloads.
to be fair there are 45 million of them and this one wasn't a very relevant piece of history. It was probably sitting in a just sitting warehouse till he bought it.
Wiicubemaster yea sitting in cosmoline preserving it for people to buy. but in its day it could have been used by a sniper to kill 100+ nazis. or it could have been used by a nazi. these are pieces of history, i'm fine with a few people getting them and customizing them. but when "fugly's" are mass produced for retail it worries me.
zum Why does it worry you? Whats so great about a material object having been through some shit? Its just a waste of resources if its gonna sit on a shelf...
So in quite a few of your videos you mention about how much they cost. Do you purchase all the weaponry for your videos or are they out on "loan". I've seen other videos where the host mentions that the gun was loaned to them by someone else. If you're purchasing them all, I seriously want to see your armory. Also do you reload your rounds?
In one of his older videos he posted a link to a gun shop for fans to go to in an effort to flood it so much that the page crashed. It took only a few hours and the site crashed to which the gun shop owner opened his full inventory.
Hey there FPSRussia, I haven't watched your videos in a long time, but I decided to come back, now with more knowledge of guns, and watch again to see what I thought, and I like it still! Your new intro/logo is great btw! I have learned more about firearms from the TV show Top Shot on the History channel and I was thinking it would be pretty cool if you auditioned for the next available season since you are a good marksman and have experience with a wide variety of weapons, two very important things on the show. Maybe consider that! Keep up the videos!
Bad editing bro, at 03:34 the Fugly has no compensator on the muzzle but when the slow motion frame begins at 03:37 it has the compensator. I don't know if you faking it but bad editing on your part.
I'm assuming they only had one camera.. (since they're around 100,000 for a slow mo camera) So they prolly hadda take 2 shots and edit them together...
Funniest thing is that I was just about to ask your opinion on the best cost efficient bolt action rifle. Glad to see you're back with more videos. I was subscribed with another account, but I went and forgot both the username and the password.
+antoine eniotna No it's not, even a slightly above average "marksman" or just someone who has used a firearm at a range a few times can land most shots at 200 with a sighted 4x scope. I had shot once before and used a winchester and was plinking at 300 in a 6-7 inch grouping on steel. It's not very hard.
You need to keep in mind that this rifle design is over 120 years old and it is still in service. I own one and it shoots a 49 score on a standard NRA target at 750 yards. Let's see if your Remington or Winchester can do that.
Iraqveteran8888 his
little fugly was great,
so what you've built
a ton of them?
that failed bullet catch though
Blade Wolf magic
the bullet is blazing hot he dropped it by purpose, you can try it doe
It's called a casing
Hayden Briggs You fuckin stupid
Avery Huelsbeck thx
That's one of the coolest rifles i've ever seen
*****
Yes, the Mosin is maintained in Afghanistan with a long knotted boot lace and used motor oil. I kid you not.
I worked on a Corsica at a local garage that refused to start....I wish I could've shot it. Thank you for making my night, my day, my week, and possibly my month.
Glad to see you back making videos.
This is definitely the only fugly thing I have ever wanted to own!!
wow, that's one old and powerful rifle , nice video
Your videos are crystal clear now. I love the hd high speed cameras especially when you shoot stuff like the paint!
FPS killed it once again :D
I have 2 M44's , and just picked up my 2nd 91/30 . We're having a lot of fun with them.
Mosin's are legit. Never seen one look quite like that though...
I love my Mosin. The year imprinted on the barrel is 1943, it's had thousands of rounds cycled through it, and it still shoots like a champ. Best rifle you can buy for the money.
HES BACK!
Its a Mosin.. They are cheap and to me they are the SKS of the 2010's... 22LR can be found but you have to be at Wal-mart earlier in the morning ;-)
Оригинальная винтовка"Мосина"просто великолепна!Точная и пробьёт всё!
I had a cheep 91/30. Free floated the barrel, put a return spring on the trigger, rubber butt pad and a cheap $100 red dot with a od green duracoat. Best $250 I have ever spent. Cool vid. Glad your back.
I think he crashed the mosspawnandguns site.
Yeah he did. It wont even load the URL
I love the Mosin! Even in its antique stock form it's a near perfect bolt action rifle.
Actually the K31 swiss 1 upped it. tighter bore, better sights. its accuracy pinching but still.
Легендарная Винтовка! Legendary Rifle!:)
хуячит дай боже как! согласен!
2:00 played it off like a pro....
he dropped it like a boss but the bullet is hot as eff

I like how the last slow motion had the muzzle hider on, yet the gun afterwards and while shooting it hadn't
The fireball was much more impressive on that rifle so I just used it instead.
FPSRussia
Cool. Think you can get your hands on a Taurus Raging Bull in .454 Casull?
1:59 He QUICKLY realized catching that would be a very bad idea lol.
Where you been FPS? Love the slow mo.
FPS, Nice video man I love when I see people using such rifles like the Mosin Nagant as it awesome I think you should use an M405 sniper rifle.
The bolt slides so smoothly... did you put some bacon inside again?
That's why i take pride in my country, made in 1895 and still fires like a charm.
Fugly? I think its pretty sweet personally.
the paratrooper Mosin is about the same length.
The fact you brought some flavor from Iraqveteran8888 makes this video all the more better!! my two fav. youtube channels :) just missing Hickok ;p
How about demolition Ranch:(
Dont forget Sootch00 and Nutnfancy.
So fun seeing videos from you again ;)
do some more Russian weaponry... like the RPD, Makarov, PKM, or DP28 please.
I second the makarov. Or like the Czech CZ97
Well one thing is for sure, that thing sure is Fugly.
я думаю - в таком виде она была бы хорошей альтернативой СВД !
ей бы ещё съёмный магазин на 10 патронов и цены бы не было !
Sniper Elite 4, russian edition... staring FPSRussia as the main character.
+aj weiss staring? starring you mean
+Daniel Joseph yeah lol I typed that at 2 in the morning when I was half asleep but am I right?!
+aj weiss quite
I would buy it
I don't get why people are laughing at him for not catching the shell at 1:59. Do you realize how hot those are after ejecting?!
Not.
not very hot at all...
They're not hot..
PENGUlN124 Far too hot to hold in your hand immediately after ejecting.. You've obviously never tried it.
Zaryte x
no theyre not. i own a mosin... and everyone who owns a bolt action has tried it before.
if it was too hot then why the hell would he have tried to catch it in the first place...
Hey what about a video about the Famas ?
Hell yeah!
LLLLLLLLLLL
yeah French pride
Gotta love Moss Pawn and Gun! You should do a collab with IV8888
Fps, another good stock for the nagant is by archangel, instead of the ammo being stored within the gun it turns it into a mag fed. It is very nice and makes the gun look very futuristic.
FPS FOR PRESIDENT. .
No.
What do you do with all the bullet casings? Ever think about selling them, giving them away and possibly engraving signature?
I am sure he reloads most of them. He probably just tosses most of the cheaper ones but I would imagine he has a reload press.
CaptinPaulx
Reloads for sure although enough brass can net you some cash at a scrap yard too for the rounds you don't reload.
Nice standing shots
ooohhh!!!!! I WANT ONE! Also when your shooting paint onto the paper I recommend lowering the paper so you get a better spray or raise the canisters another 2ft.
I love the moist nugget
And who doesnt
High speed is better!! Audio sync is perfect
"I love plinking"
Meanwhile there is a car on fire?
watching FPSRussia makes my day complete.... keep shooting and have a nice day!
That big of a scope for 200 meters? Simo Häyhä was a Finnish marksman who used mosin in the winter war. His longest confirmed shot was 450 meters... And he only used iron sight.
Doesn't mean that everyone else can do it
Standing?
***** FPS-Russia is supposed to be a gun expert. Don't get me wrong here tho. I think he is great shooter, and can handle guns really good.
Vasili Zaetsev was a Russian sniper during World War 2 and he never even used a scope.
Nice video I like it better than the other shit blowing everything up
did anyone else notice the high speed footage is of the gun with the attachment at the end but the first regular shot had no such attachment? plus the high speed impact on the target looks like a 45 cal. not 7.62.
Something is wrong here.
and he suddenly has a pink ring on his finger :D
Maybe he missed so he spliced in a different shot?
He has two different Mosin's. He said he just before the high speed shot.
he has 2 of the mosins as someone previously said. different shots spliced together to look like one. he probably only has 1 high speed camera. and about the ring, probably just a different person shooting.
harorider879 we know he has 2 mosins, however its a little deceptive to present 2 different videos as the same instance.
and again the slow mo impact looks like a larger caliber than 7.62.
Now I'm no expert but given the 2 oddities, it makes me wonder.
Finally i am able to find a perfect gun channel.
Your gonna be disappointed when you find out he no longer does videos unless you already knew lol
This sniper needs to be dlc for Battlefield 4
Play Red Orchestra 2, it is Standard issue for the Soviets and a scope for the sniper, it is a great gun in the game.
Rather see it in its true form as a PU/PE /PEM instead of this bubba trash.
Explosions, Where Are The Explosions?
read and you'll know why...
If you kept up with Kyle and his story, you'd understand the government obviously didn't like him exploding stuff.
PLEASE DO THE LEE-ENFIELD!!!! I want to see how much damage it can do!
Shhhh, I know... everyone just wants to see the enfield... shooshies.
Yeah... what he said ^
joshjamesPUsniper You are a professional :D
it does 7000 blood and is most the time a 1 hit knock out usually a 2 hit kill.
any brothers out there feel me?
I own a nagant and I love it. Best thing ever for medium range hunting. Love ur videos dude.
Waaait a minute. at 3:30 the Mosin he's using does not have a flash enhancer. But during the slow mo shots at 3:37, it does.
He probably only has one high speed camera so they just edited in a different clip so they could get footage of the target getting shot as well... Does that make sense?
Notice he says our other fugly he has two spotter mosins
***** pizzazz.
***** sorry to burst your bubble but he's as American as it gets.
ThePaladinGamer 3:27 "We've got our other fugly here."
I can watch this all day long!
I know that rifle is heavily customized, but... not bad for a rifle over 100 years old! Great Russian invention!
Nice, but the lack of sights make it look like a Remington 700. It needs Mosin Nagant Iron Sights
You should shoot at flappy birds
better shoot the doge
YES
Haha sometimes Dmitri's accent slips and he becomes Kyle, but then he fixes it up in a second haha
Fugly? Looks good to me. Done up nicely comrade. When mosins are cut down to decent shorter lengths, have flash or muzzle brakes they look much better
3:33 no flash hider, 3:38 flash hider. What?
Probably it didn't look that good without the flash hider so he shot again with a different rifle (with a flash hider obviously) and hoped that no one will notice it xD
You can also see a ring in the slow motion.
1:58 I laughed more than I should.
i laughed pretty hard on 1:20 lol
OHHH MY BRAH
he didn't catch it because it's too hot
am i the only one who thought it actually looked pretty cool?
Tbh I actually want this more than the mega arms billet set I ordered
Really dope! The cool things about it that it's light, portable, accurate and FANCY!
It's a very beautiful rifle
i have a nagant i had glass bedded and floated in new fiberforce stock, had new barrel match crowned, new custom match ajustable trigger, im shooting 3" groups at 800 yards(yea i know could be better)with hand loads with 148 grain, boat tail, polished ammo. love it, got 3 deer this year at over 400 yards with it. Ohh my optics i use is a steiner 4-16x56 red reticle g2b tactical scope.

ALL OF THEM x3
All very good choices... perhaps a Kar98 too? Or has he already done that?
XM8 is prototype,so he cant find this weapon
Oh, damn, well, there are still plenty of others :)
He has already done the Saiga 12k and Fn-FAL
Hey fpsrussia, can you do a video on 3d printed guns?
From 3:34-3:38 the weapon barrel changes. The flash enhancer is gone. Edit mistake?
He does say that it is a his other Fugly.
ApathetK
But in the slomo it's there again.
He also magically grew a ring on his finger.
Nah it's on purpose, the fireball from the long range barrel just wasn't very impressive so I used the one with the brake on it for the 90 degree high speed shot.
FPSRussia
Intresting. Thanks for the reply! Keep up the awesome videos.
I have 3 of these (all original) & I'm going to set one up like the one Moss Pawn did. thanks for doing a video with the Mosin Nagant. LOVE IT!
this video taught me that if you shoot a car engine it will not blow the whole car up michael bay style
Can you please do the MSMC , it is a sub machine gun and stands for Micro Sub Machine Calibur
ohboy shity indian hardware
If your trying to get a Mosin try going to Elektro it cost nothing aswell all you have to do is find it
Then get robbed by bandits.
That Mosin Ngant looks very beautiful. Nice sniper system.
Hey FPS Russia do a double-barreled M911's that would be sick as hell! Guys make this top comment so he'll see this! (like this comment)!
This should tell you something about hollywood, 2 shots to stop an engine completely in real life, in the movies, ak-47 bullets just spark off the bumpers and grill and don't blow holes in the radiator and ventilate the engine block.
I wouldn't worry about the resale value too much. Put that thing on EBay, those people will buy anything.
I could imagine having one of these around WW2. c: Huge super sonic bullet (7.62x54mm) , long range scope, folding stock, now all it needs is one of those 45 rails, that i can assure you would be good for close-medium and meduim-long range combat.

I saw the same thing.
He did say in the video he was using his other "fugly" which is what the rifles are nicknamed but the slow mo video is of the other rifle your right.
ya they were both mozens but two different ones, my gues is he didnt hit his target with the other one, but it looks better with the muzzle break on it, so he hit the target with the one he shot but it wasnt the one that had the slow mo shot
He did say I have my other Fugly.
Tru wtf
That poor thing used to be a Mosin Nagant. Millions of fallen Soviet soldiers are rolling in their graves,
dat mosin yo.. everyone on DayZ Standalone got one.. soon as u get to the airbase searching for equips., BANG! dead
glad their back, its about time. I would like them to show a Gewehr 43 or the Fallschimjager 42 that would be ******* awesome.
that fail bullet catch though...
cant be a badass all the time
he was bare-handed. You realize the casing is extremely hot when it has just been fired? Hot enough to leave a mark.
Yes, I am completely aware of it. I just love how he's like "bullet catch!" and a millisecond later he's like "Na fuck it..."
ttobyg Ever fired the standard 147 grain ball? The brass is VERY cool after firing, and I've been shooting one for years and never had hot brass, unless I was using heavy reloads.
ttobyg really not that hot tbh
poor mosin amazing piece of history chopped up

I take it you're not familiar with Mosin-Nagant rifles? There's a good reason you can go into a Big 5 and walk out with one for about $100.
zum Why does it worry you? Whats so great about a material object having been through some shit? Its just a waste of resources if its gonna sit on a shelf...
nexus1g i'd say i'm pretty familiar as i have 4 of them. please tell me the "good reason you can go into a big 5 and get one for $100"?

I'm assuming they only had one camera.. (since they're around 100,000 for a slow mo camera) So they prolly hadda take 2 shots and edit them together...
But their isn't one shot of him actually shooting it from that far away.
Different Stock as well. Im guessing it was a second firearm they had standing by just for that shot.
He only has 1 high speed camera, so he had to re-shoot the muzzle part?
The new videos are awesome!! You should try high speed shooting a car battery. mmmm ACID!
Hey, SPAS 12 video next time maybe? :)
pretty sure he already has one.
Medonja I saw the AA12's but no SPAS 12 video.
That's awesome, a $100 rifle with a $3000 dollar scope. Reminds me of when I had my USO on my 10/22.
3:36 Doesn't have a muzzle brake.
3:38 Has a muzzle brake.
FUKING HAXER
3:36 Doesn't have a ring
3:38 Has a ring
4:06 Has a muzzle brake
It looks like a muzzle brake.Deal with it.
Yup, whoever edited the video shows the wrong gun in slow-mo. Oh well.
He changed the stock too.
More proof that FPS Russia is a fake.
3:38 im pretty sure that was the other gun
It was.
1:59
He casually plays off that he tried to catch the shell and missed
Funniest thing is that I was just about to ask your opinion on the best cost efficient bolt action rifle. Glad to see you're back with more videos. I was subscribed with another account, but I went and forgot both the username and the password.
Love the IV8888 guys.
you guys need to fire your editor. Watch from 3:33. Look at the muzzle.
+jd f lmao huge fail
+jd f and the ring
+jd f what am i missing?
I guess you didnt hear him say that he switched rifles then
+antoine eniotna No it's not, even a slightly above average "marksman" or just someone who has used a firearm at a range a few times can land most shots at 200 with a sighted 4x scope. I had shot once before and used a winchester and was plinking at 300 in a 6-7 inch grouping on steel. It's not very hard.
2:00 nice try with the catch bud
he could catch but its fucking hot
+Giannis Perpirakis exactly I held a fired bullet and got 1st degree burns there hot as eff
the bullet is hot as eff man I got first degree burns by holding a freshly fired shell
i did what he did once but i didnt let go. my fingertip was black for 3 days :/ with the same gun just with the archangel body lol
You would burn your hands
You need to keep in mind that this rifle design is over 120 years old and it is still in service. I own one and it shoots a 49 score on a standard NRA target at 750 yards. Let's see if your Remington or Winchester can do that.
He may be able to shoot well be he sure can't catch! 1:59
They're hot as hell, I don't know if you want to catch that haha
he almost got it :p
Bas Beerkens Big Russian man does not care about heat!
