So first time trying machine and weve gone through these steps. We can't get our machine to freeze and we keep getting a run time error. Any suggestions?
The cleaning button would be to dispense the product at the end of the night you would then remove the parts clean put it back together and then put in wash mode with sanitizer until water is clear.

What temperature do you set it to after priming?
What do recommend as far as temperature for softserve sherbert?
The clean button does that mean it has self cleaning or do you still have to take all the parts out
