Here we go, another easy pull to open, were pro's now! Lets see whats inside. Right on que, heres a big block. I hope theres more inside. OK lets get it out and see. There's a bit of dust, I hope there's not two much shrapnel in here. Lets get it spread out. Banana for scale. Theres a range of pieces in here, but most seem to be on the larger side, between 3 or 4 inches. Look at this monster, its bigger than the banana! Heres the graded piles. There are about 5 big blocks for low & slow cooks. There's a good grading of pieces for longer cooks, standard cooks and burgers. Here's the dust. Not great, but not the worst i've had. Now we're Ready for Beef Short Ribs. This lot easily got me to 7 hours, with lots to spare for the next cook. I like it! Have you had more big blocks in your bag?

Looks good 👍
I recently tried RANCH T QUEBRACHO
At £29 for 15kg it’s cheaper than Kamado Joe
Maybe I was lucky but it had far better blocks overall.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll check it out 🔥👍
