First decision letter of blue card. Technical part of you focus - BLUECARD holders after 24 months are eligible to work without any need to work permit . So you become blue card holder only after getting first approved decision letter

My previous TRC validity was till 26-01-2024. But Gdansk immigration office received my TRC application on 29-01-2024. And the gdansk immigration office has set the submission date as 29-01-2024. And I have given fingerprints on 25-04-2024. Now my question is… 1. Was my TRC application timely? 2. So will I get a positive decision? 3. Does the Immigration Office accept fingerprints if the TRC application is not made on time? Thanks...
Yes, everything seems ok but I do not recommend to submit application by post even if you have to wait little more for appointment. Good idea is to follow up with department of foreigners asking current status and if they needed anything from you so that they attentively handle your case
How to apply my parents ZUS and where? And what about NFZ? Should I wait for my parents to get TRC to apply for ZUS and NFZ or as soon as they reach , I can apply?
