Looks like a rip off off the Rokon, but strangely that isn't even compared. If it's such an improvement to that which was first developed decades ago, show us.
Fascinating design, 2x2 with ATV tires and actual front suspension travel using a hub motor, the generator on board, it really is a great idea, seems to be pretty quick too, wow!
This demonstrates why I love Series-Hybrid motorcycles, and why I'm so confused that they are not more common. The only change I would make to this, other than more security for the generator, is losing the chain drive, for a hub motor in the rear, that is stronger than the front. To eliminate the maintenance & noise of the chain.
This is what I've been waiting for!! I almost bought an Ubco 2x2 but this is literally everything I've ever dreamed of for an offroad bike. faster and way cooler than a Rokon, silent or gas hybrid is a HUGE advantage, I love that it has running boards instead of pegs, very utilitarian and perfect for making and maintaining trails through the woods. Yup I'm buying one as soon as my street bike is paid off!!
Finally a product that I would spend my hard earned money on. This awesome concept can be applied to so many offroad vehicules. Please make a 4x4 atv for 12 000$.
Smartest design. I haven't figured out why hunting or off-road ebikes don't have a 200 watt or so gas generator incorporated into their design because when these ebikes don't have power they're heavy and cumbersome. Even a 30 to 50 watt amount of strategically placed solar cells could prevent a very long walk.
The visual part of the video was far more beautyful than usual. Thank you voice over guy for doing your work, otherwise i wouldn't be aware of the existence of this great machine since i only rarely click on videos in a language that i do not understand (i'm subscibed to the OG review machines channel tho... But as i've said i'm rarely curious enough to watch a video of which i don't understand what said in it) Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪❤️🇷🇺👍
Excellent video. Premium production values and such informative and entertaining content. Review Machines Worldwide, bringing another fantastic product to us! Thanks!
I love my Rokon, but this is genuinely very innovative. I'm really looking forward to improvements in battery density, lifespan and cold resistance that will make this more practical for my uses.
This is a brilliant idea! When I first saw it, and before any explanation of how it worked, I thought the generator strappped to it made it seem as though a child built it, but I was very wrong. If they built a capable 4x4 atv with sufficient hauling capacity and this generator hybrid system, I guarantee they'd sell quite a few to the agriculture industry
for agriculture a 2x2 might be better because it can stay in one row, better for herding too! I had a large quad flip over on me once and pin me for hours and I've only had 2 wheel machines ever since!
Leave it to the Russians to build something practical that makes sense! The generator is a great idea. You guys always think outside of the box and come up with great, well built , simple to maintain equipment. And it's not half plastic! Great job!
That's a really cool built, i would have really like to see both wheels to be hub motors, what is the reason for choosing a chain drive motor instead ?
Interesting bike, how much would the range be extended if instead of the generator you had a battery in that area so that it was all electric? Also, like one of the other commentors, I would like to know why they went with chain drive instead of another wheel motor, just use the one from the front and you could eliminate chain maintenance and not have to ever worry about breaking the chain. Thanks for an interesting video.
Hi. Thank you. Additional portable Li-Po battery (58 Ah, 72V) doubles the range. The frame design allows for installation of two additional batteries. 🙂
@@snowdog So you could TRIPLE the range??? Dang, that is tempting but I'm still sold on the generator for flexibility. Once I've ordered it off the snowdog website how long is estimated delivery?
With all the lighting and turn signals, I wonder if it would be street legal in the US. Thirty miles per hour is pretty slow, but those tires would be pretty sketchy on pavement at anything faster. It might fall into the same category as the Honda Rukus.
awesome bike.. however I wonder how long will unprotected front fork survive the forests rides etc.. I think it would've been better with conventional fork
Not sure its the first, robosystems of sweden does a 2x2 ultra whcih is similar , has an onbard generator and has floatation tyres like a rokon. the baltmotors is similar but with more rugged tyres...
The snow dog also gets a big comfy seat, full suspension and 220 nm of torque! with a mid-drive motor powering the rear wheel it will outperform the robosystems, but it's also over twice the price... I'm pretty sure it's also more than twice the machine when you factor in all the accessories as well. the robosystem bike is still a friggin sweet ride for $2,500 and the floats on water thing is cool but I weigh nearly 300lbs so it ain't floatin with me on top! I'm going Bulldog all the way!
@@nathandalleave252 the baltmotors does look cool, there needs to be more options than a rokon, and the unbco is a bit skinny... ive seen some videos where they have an inflatable dinghy/packraft and just have a rokon attached to the side of the boat floating along beside, or just push across river. Mud puppy has modified a honda quad to do proper amphibious sherp type floating, but hes practically sat underwater....there arent any bikes that have floation side potoons as standard...
Can you do a milage comparison video ,the electric fully charged and the gas version with a full tank run till on quits. Then add the generator with a with set amount of extra fuel for e-bike and the gas bike full with same extra fuel. I know this can be figured out mathematically but that's boring and the video would be very interesting to watch.
It has in onboard inverter so it's not impossible, electric motors can be run straight from a generator with a transformer. but I'm sure it may be limited to one wheel drive or "eco" mode or something like that when the battery is dead? It looks like a pretty substantial generator though! Might be enough to do the trick? sounds like a good idea for a follow up video!
not if you only save the generator for special excursions etc. I assume most people will use this on their property and leave the generator at home, fill that empty space with food, tools, supplies whatever and go ride with a much lighter bike and charge it at home, the generator is for going off grid or long trips, multiple day trips etc. It's actually brilliant and burns less fuel than every other bike or quad out there. What they need is a solar kit to go with it for camping! Y'all listening snowdog?
7000 will be more and then add the accessories and away we go. Then, the Chinese enter with their machine for less money and all the accessories. Say goodbye to your business venture.

I want one !!!!!!
This is by far the most awesome 2 wheeled vehicle that i've ever seen.
Yeah, this is a really intelligent design.
Looks like a rip off off the Rokon, but strangely that isn't even compared. If it's such an improvement to that which was first developed decades ago, show us.
Loving that generator and the fact it’s removable is the cherry on top….. :)
yeah and you can use those portable battery storage systems for example.
I’d spend $7,000 on that for sure. I like the design.

As a rokon owner for more than 20 years, he has a real winner, hope he sells them in Australia 😊

Indeed this is amazing af
"And just like that"..rokon has serious competition! Love this stuff!
rokon just dropped the ball :D
Wow! Having a generator really is a game changer for an EV system.! I want one of these TVs.! I live in Canada in the West and would like to get one.!

EXCELLENT!!!😄👍
I think this would sale very good in America, if the price was right.
That’s slick! Finally an electric that looks good
what an awesome machine. I would buy 2 right now if available.

This has American survival community written all over it. Throw in some optional rifle mounts and name it the Honey Badger.
Instant riches. You should import those ASAP. I will take a measly 10% of sales for the idea :D

Excellent video. All I need now is to start saving 😊
What kind of battery do they use and what brand of cells?
If it's a reliable name brand, price is not so bad considering a 4.2kw/h pack included
I hope at some point they are available in the UK
I need this item. When will it be for sale? Must have.
That's a really cool built, i would have really like to see both wheels to be hub motors, what is the reason for choosing a chain drive motor instead ?
The chain drive provides much more torque, the front motor is just assists
Please send us more updates on this motorcycle from Russia and thank you🇺🇸🏴☠️😎

This is the smartest hybrid vehicle EVER.
If I had money I would buy one for my self and one for my woman.
I want one. How & where can this bought. & price

Wow I wonder how it would handle in the snow? I think we just solved the winter commuting problem in Canada.
Just the right machine for me! :D
Not a biker but that is tempting...
That’s the way they should be built 🇨🇦👍 when will they be in Canada?
i wish they sold these stateside
Go to the website. Buy one. 8k.
Magnificent, will it be exported to Australia. What will the price be.
Wow...awesome bike! I want one!
I would consider it

Spring-2024 🙂

They should have a version with two hub motors, no generator, and thinner frame.
Why not put the rear wheel drive in the hub and eliminate the chain?
Thanks
This could theoretically replace my Big Red 250es
Where can I buy any 2x2 motorcycle in Germany?
😅 this might put the other models out of business.
çok iyi
Dah ada di sopee om
I hope it comes to Europe
Y does it need a generator???
Basically a hybrid with that generator
Is this available in the US?
Soon 🙂
Это Российское производство, только для внутреннего рынка.
Id love one but dont have that kinda cash and in the usa lol. Guess ill have to build my own.
It’s saying if the battery is dead and running the generator will keep it going that’s impossible.

muito bom, poderia ser 2x2
Where can I buy this in the usa. Kentucky 42330
Нигде. Только для внутреннего Российского рынка.
Всем привет! Ваш привычный голос за кадром)
Too bad I can't find one to buy. I'd buy one and do an American review in an instant.
Looks like a Rokon spinoff.

ну уж вилку то с розеткой могли сберечь от воды😏

Electric bike with a gas powered generator , Funny Shit Man !
Уже на английском? Мда..
Long term the electric isn’t cheaper. And ur still burning fuel to charge.

My invention is better than this.
Отвратительно не продуманная конструкция. Один из главных недостатков, это местоположение центра тяжести. Слишком высоко...
