12mm inner hole 18mm outside ...just to inform you .is not flat washer .....has a double layer and when you tightening become flat .....flat may work as well but just telling you

How much did you tighten (nm) the crankcase bolt?
I haven't done crankcase bolts so I don't really know the answer sorry I can't find out for you I left Renault

Oil on the rubber I did put .....oil inside the filter not necessary....this method is only apply to big trucks and lorries not to normal cars ....
