Suppose we are building a new API from scratch, and the Functional Analyst needs to create API documentation using Swagger to present to the developers. In this scenario, the Python code and all backend processes haven't been developed yet, as they will be built based on the Swagger documentation. Does it make sense to create the Swagger documentation without being able to test it on the server, or am I missing something?
I’m not sure if I was clear enough, but the main point is that the Functional Analyst needs to present the specifications to the developers. However, how can we test the Swagger if the Python code hasn’t been created yet? Does it make sense to present just the Swagger without being able to execute it?
