  • Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to make my Brown Stew Turkey Wings with You guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and you really don’t need any kitchen experience to be able to pull this off.     Ingredients List
    -----------------
    1 1/2 kg Turkey wings (chopped by butcher)
    1 1/2 Tbs All purpose seasoning
    2 tsp thyme
    1 tbs paprika
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 heaping tbs green seasoning
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    2 tbs brown sugar
    2 tbs oil
    3 cups water
    1 tbs tomato ketchup

    The video highkughted everything i was doing wrong. Disproportionate seasoning, little patience and not allowing it enough time to cook and end up wasting seasoning because i keep adding more after water. Thank you so much. One thing im looking forward to is the Calalu.

    So when I watched this video, I was impressed..... especially because you cooked with turkey wings. I went to my farmers market and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had turkey wings and turkey legs already sliced just like yours and I'm in Atlanta Georgia. I am going to make this dish tomorrow. So excited to try this dish. I actually thought that you were cooking oxtail in this video. Yeah!!!

    My problem is my turkey wing does be hard. How do you make it tender? Without pressure cooker

      Let it cook throughout. About 35-40 minutes on the stove.

    Is turkey wings the same as turkey neck ?

      ashii g Turkey neck is the neck of the turkey and turkey wings is the wing of the turkey :)

      The caramelized sugar provides the brown colour. This is the economical method or you can just buy gravy browning
