DIY Cheap & Easy Garden Cover | Keep Animals Out

Hey there! In this video you will see me build out a PVC pipe/garden netting "cage" that is designed to keep squirrels and other small creatures out of my garden beds and away from my vegetables. Oh, and I left the backdrop of the busy city of Chicago sounds in the video because I thought it was oddly peaceful.
P.S. After growing in this structure for a full season, I am quite pleased with it and I will be using it again next year.

Material Used
(2) Existing raised beds 7ft x 4ft
(1 roll) Garden netting 13ft x 50ft cut to size and used for the sides
(1 roll) Garden netting 7ft x 33ft cut to size and used for the top
(4) 1in x 10ft PVC pipe to create the hoops (cut to approximately 7ft)
(1) 1in x 10ft PVC pipe (cut to approximately 4ft)
(2) 1in x 10ft PVC pipe
(4) 1 in. x 1 in. 90 Degree Socket x Hub PVC Elbow with Side Outlet
(4) 1-1/4 in. Galvanized 2-Hole Pipe Hanger Strap
(8) 2 in deck screws
(1) Ratcheting PVC cutter
(1) drill and drill bit
(1) Mallot
Various zip ties to fasten nettinf to PVC pipe
Various spring clamps (ex. 1in and 2in) to fasten netting to beds.
