    ===== I AM SHARING MY EXPERIENCE SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT GO FOR AUTOMATION AND WASTE MONEY=====
    This type of system are not cleaning the dust from the pannel it only sprinkles water and makes the panel wet but the dust is not clean as i have 10 kw system with 30 panels and myself also made expense in the same manner by giving contract for automatic cleaning system but found waste of money and water. HOW DO I KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT EFFECTIVE ? Myself and my neighbor have same 10 kw installed and since 9 month we exchange unit gerenation with each other and have tract record for the same in google sheet as an when any of our reading in comparision reduces we come to know that we require manual cleaning and as we clean next day it increase the efficiency of generation. But then latter last 10 days ago i installed automatic cleaning system through a contractor and he daily gave timer to start cleaning in morning 6 am and in evening 9 pm before 10 days i purposely did not clean my panel so it was completely dusted and it started cleaning morning and evening both the time i also had used 1.5 hp motor monoblock as panels are in 4 row so to get pressure but as i had comparision with neighbor and we both do not have any shadows on panels as we have individual bunglows but found that inspite of my cleaning automatic morning and evening i found relax that now i dont have to go up and clean manually as system starts automatic and i was very happy that even i dont have to go to my terrace and start switch for my motor as it is automatic but latter i compared my units with my neighbor and found that my units reduce by 6 unit daily means my neighbor used to generate 46 unit whille myself got only 40 unit daily i saw this for 3 days and every day 1 unit reduce from 6 to 7. i was supprise that though my system was cleaning automatically daily for 2 times my units were reducing while my neighbor cleaned manually with just pipe no brushing his units were more than me, so i decided to clean it manually and i did clean my panels in the evening after cooling of panels and the very next day i found my units equal and latter i stop my system to auto start in morning 5 am and i kept it cleaning at 9 pm to check after my manual cleaning does it maintains my reading with my neighbor reading but for that it again started reducing even though it cleaned once in a day while my neighbor and me used to clean every 3 day manually but now i clean daily with my automatic system but still my units are reducing. so i decided to take the loss of automatic system cleaning and do it manually again. This system are just wasting water and electricity and sprinkles on panels but the main dust layers are not cleaned properly but peoples are found of spending money to get automation but they are not getting efficinecy, in unit generation i also told my contractor and he replied that our cleaning system works in the same manner everywhere and we gaurantee for cleaning panel but we dont gaurantee for unit generation. then i told that our system cleans panels every day in evening and morning even then my units generation were decreasing and when i cleaned manually just with pipe i sprinkled water in every panel my generation increase by 6 units then pls explain me the reason that when automatic system cleans daily why my genearation is reducing and why i clean manually my generation increases.
    As i get comparision with neighbor we come to know that our panels are to be cleaned or not but people are explained by contractors that when ur panels are dusted and they start their system on water flow through panels but does not clean IT ONLY WETS PANNELS AND THEY SHOW THAT SEE ALL PANELS ARE CLEAN BUT WHEN U JUST CHECK WTIH YOU HAND DUST IS NOT CLEAN AND SO U DONT GET UNIT GERNERATION. AFTER CLEANING WITH AUTOMATION UNIT SHOULD ALSO INCREASE U CAN CHECK THIS BY DOING MANUALLY AND AUTOMATIC THEN ALSO U SHALL COME TO KNOW THE DIFFERECE. according to me manual cleaning is better than any automation to generate energy as it is waste of water.
    those who agree to me can comment here as i have wasted money by making automation and i have stopped the system and doing manually and now getting equal generation to my neighbor. You can only come to know your generation only if you compare with other of similar kilo watt
    pls comment to my experience and if any body gaurantees and solves my issue of cleaning with automation still i shall be the luckiest person as my system is already fitted but i just have stopped using it. My number is ==09824917017==

    Nice work.
    In my opinion if you add. One small pressure pump and a single filter cartridge (it will protect solar panel from scratches) in water supply line, that will make your system more efficient and effective.

      Nano layer cost approximate 800 to 1000 rupee and u have to coat regularly

    6 inch distance between holes is better or 3 inch distance between holes is better, because in your previous video you used 3 inch distance?       @@PLUMBERSPECIALISTMSEKH Thanks for your reply. 1. It would be nice, if you can give a reason for this. Because it seems in the video with holes at 6" distance, the sides were not getting cleaned properly. And in video where you made holes at 3" distance, the panels got uniform flow of water on them. My plumber also insists on making holes no less than 6" apart. But, after watching both of your videos, I am very confused. At my house, solar panels are installed very high, so once I install the pipes, I can not make more holes without removing whole pipe systems again. I have 2 rows of 5 vertically aligned panels and 1 row of 3 horizontally alined panels. 13 in total.
      2. One more question: How big the holes diameter should be. You are suggesting to use 'Diamond Drill Bit" and I am glad for that. But, in my city, I can only get a Diamond Bit with minimum 5mm diameter. Even on Amazon I see bits of minimum 5mm size only. So, is 5mm bit, okay or is it too big?
      1: जवाब पोस्ट करने के लिए आपका बहुत धन्यवाद। आप को तकलीफ़ ना हो तो प्लीज़ आप कारण बताए कि 6" का अंतर क्यों बहतर है। में फिर से पूछ रहा हूँ क्योंकी 6" अंतर वाले आपके विडीओ में पनेल्स पे किनारों पे पानी ठीक से नहीं पहुँचता दिख रहा हैं। जबकि 3" अंतर वाले सिस्टम के विडीओ में पानी सभी पैनल पे समांतर रूप से बह रहा था। मेरे प्लमर भी मुझे पाइप में छेद्दो के बीच कमसे कम 6" का अंतर रख ने को ही बता रहे है। पर आपके दोनो विडीओ देखने के बाद, में झ्यादा कन्फ़्यूज़ हूँ। मेरे सोलर सिस्टम के पनेल्स झ्यादा ऊँचाई पर लगे हुए है, तो एक बार या पाइप के सिस्टम को लगाने के बाद नए छेद करने के लिए पाइप को काट के ही उतारना पड़ेगा। इसलिए प्लीज़ थोड़ा विस्तार से कारण बताए।
      2: एक और प्रश्न: आपने बताया कि प्लास्टिक पाइप के लिए डाइअमंड बिट ही प्रयोग करे। तो पाइप में छेद बना के लिए कितने साइज़ की डाइअमंड ड्रिल बिट प्रयोग करी जाए? हमारे यह छोटी सी छोटी डाइअमंड बिट सिर्फ़ 5mm की मिलती है, उससे छोटी नहीं। और Amazon पर भी छोटी से छोटी बिट मुझे 5mm की ही देखने को मिली। तो क्या 5mm बिट साइज़ सही रहेगी या बड़ी हे हमारे काम के लिए?

      @@blackpearl9627 The panel cost for 6kW itself is 1.6 lakhs. Inverter, mounting structure, wiring, distribution box, meter, lightning arrestor cost are extra. At least 3 lakhs for 6kW
