Jennifer, I can’t stress enough how much I enjoy watching this channel. It’s enjoyable and relaxing. It’s like therapy after a long day at work. Simply, THANK YOU.
I dream of living in a place that grows beautiful flowers. We get a few here in the high mountains, but they are delicate and much better left where they grow. I must get myself some flowers now to brighten up the house!
Have you ever considered overalls since you like jumpsuits so much you could wear T-shirts with them when it’s warm and sweaters with it when it’s cold and overalls would fit in with one of your three words to describe your capsule whimsical.
Your videos are always such a calm respite for me in the midst of chaos and controversy in our world today! Thank you for producing such uplifting work!❤
Thank you, Jennifer, for always sharing with us the things that make you happy and more fulfilled ❤ You are never pretentious, condemning, or superior in your advice. I love exploring your interests and comparing them to mine, as I find we are much alike. More importantly, you are never demanding that others do exactly as you. You never make others feel that they must dress as you do, have the same interests or mimic your way of thinking. Instead, you ask us to spend time finding our own style and embracing it fully. I so appreciate this component in creators🩷 Thank you for being you~ Renee Pennell ❤️
Hi Jennifer, Your roses are exquisite and I love your rose arch! Have you photographed the children under it? How thoughtful of Ben to bring you those unique macarons; he is a thoughtful husband indeed. Your chat about the coronation was fabulous; also, your teacup next to the macaron is a gorgeous combination of colors and designs: magnificent! Thanks for sharing this beauty today, Julie 🌷
I added the salmon salad and ice cream dessert to my menu. It looked so delicious, fresh and appetizing ❤ This video is beautiful. I really enjoyed it. 🌹
I just finished "Empress of the Nile" by Lynne Olson. It is about Christiane Desroches-Noblecourt a French Egyptologist. A truly amazing story and would highly recommend this compelling biography to anyone!
Your salmon looks delicious, Jennifer! Happy belated birthday to your daughter. I love how you grow roses to beautiful your home AND yard. 🌹 Spending my days at home has involved writing my first book, spring cleaning, writing to my penpals, and eating spinach and kale from my container garden.
Had today off so I was excited to watch the new video with my coffee and start my day relaxed. I have to grocery shop today. I added salmon, salad and avocado to the list. Your lunch looked so appetizing. I also ordered from Beam. Love all your videos and bought your books ❤
Love Mapp & Lucia!! Have you ever seen the British M&L TV series, Jennifer? I ended up buying the dvd's so I would always have access. They are superb (and special mention to the hats!!). I have yet to read a biography of EF Benson; I'll have to look into that.
Hi Jennifer, your roses truly are lovely! The ube cream puff looked absolutely delicious. I am enjoying watching your video while sipping on an Elderflower lemonade. I made elderflower cordial from the elderberry bushes in my backyard. It is such a refreshing drink!
Your flower arrangements are always so beautiful! What do you use when you don’t have flowers that are fresh from your garden? Do you buy them from a flower shop? Do you have more videos on this?
Hi Jennifer. The glass candle holder at 10 minutes 28 seconds is just like mine! I inherited a set from my husband's grandma. They grace our table every important holiday.
Oh wow, what flavour was the Coronation macaron? How lovely. And loved your video! Sounds like your daughter had a wonderful birthday. And living vicariously though this beautiful time of year in the Northern Hemisphere (being from Melbourne, Australia...though the weather has been unusually pleasant lately) ❤
Good morning! I love starting the week with a video like this Jennifer. So inspiring. Thank you! I would love a tour of your garden flowers sometime! You always have beautiful cut flowers and I would love to know what you grow.
We are enjoying being in nature in So. Utah. The local waterfalls and wildflowers are beautiful. At home; enjoying simple meals, getting together with family and friends. Reading quite a bit in our backyard patio. Yes. did watch youtubes of the coronation. Equally enjoyed some videos of the Prince of Jordan marriage to a beautiful young woman. It was fun watching the King and Queen personally greet the guests at the door. The gowns on the women were stunning.
I enjoy these kinds of videos. I feel like we are good friends chatting about life and our day. My roses have really done well This year as well and I’m wondering if it’s because of all the rain we have gotten here in CA!
I love how you make yourself "real food" for lunch. It's such an inspiration because I'm rooting through the refrigerator to find whatever's leftover. I always enjoy your content!
We had birthday celebrations this past week also. I made salmon for our dinner party, and a delicious cake. Nigella Lawson’s Guinness chocolate cake with a ganache icing. My first time making ganache,so easy.
Lilacs are beautiful at the moment in my part of the world so I’ve been enjoying cutting and arranging them with various greenery from my garden. I have just finished reading a biography….. ‘Agatha Christie’ by Lucy Worsley. Also have your 3 Madame Chic books waiting for me to take to our lake house in a weeks time. I did watch the coronation of King Charles III, not in the early hours mind you…
Beautiful video as always! We just moved so I will be spending most of the summer putting things away, organizing, and decorating our house and getting acquainted with the "new to me" garden. Very tiring but fun!
Ok I’m behind on videos (crazy wedding season). However I have a request: Can you make a video on homemaking priorities from the boxcar children first book? I couldn’t sleep and yoga Nidra isn’t helping. So I wanted to listen to a soothing book and after a bit of searching settled for this because I wanted to read it anyways again (last read as a child). So many fond memories and really idealized homemaking for me as a kid. However since it was audiobook and I don’t have the capacity to read it again yet I would love if you could do a recap on the tasks the kids do to make their home successful. It would help those of us that can’t seem to prioritize properly too because they’re homeless in the beginning, yet know how to make a house (boxcar) a home
Hi Jennifer! I love, love, love this video!! It was so sweet and so, well, Victoria delightful!! Your daughter has the exact same taste in food my son has, haha!!! Cream puffs and Sushi, all the way!! Plus, I love the term, "nourishing living"! Brilliant!! So good to see you on Saturday!! Have the best week! WIth (tons of ) love, Kellie
Hi Jennifer, so glad you like the ube cream puff. Here in the Philippines, ube is our jam!😄 We have ube jam (haha), ube ice cream, ube cake, ube candy...all so yummy!
