I can clearly say pcmc infrastructure related to quality of roads water infrastructure street lights n many more much more better than pune coorporation locations.. it's always worth paying more for 100% devloped city instead of waiting next 5 _10yrs... Planning to invest in huge property soon in pcmc prime location.. m sure it wil b my best decision...👍👍👍

Godrej Emerald Waters 3 bhk approx 1.5 to 1.6 Cr all inclusive. 1500 flats over a total plot of 8.5 acres. Amenities are well planned as compared to Citadel. Aqua themed clubhouse and other amenities are located at one place, whereas amenities in Citadel are spread across the project. Parking ramps in Citadel are spiral which can be troublesome. Dining area in Emerald Waters is not well planned. Fittings and flooring in Emerald Water are better. There is railway crossing behind Citadel. The train might blow horn at this place. Whereas the same line passes behind Emerald Waters, it will take some time to get used to it. Staying high up is necessary to escape the sound. Both builders are reputed. Check for offers.
