Cleaning wipes, that's the secret haha. This looks like my setup starting. After a few years it's respect and craftmenship that edges you to get the high class tools. You'll be there one day. Pride in the work is what I mean. At the end its what makes you happy brother!
I use my hand tools everyday. The biggest reason I’d recommend to go with brands like Knipex and Wera, is wear and tear on your body. They work so much more efficiently you feel it. All my channellocks and cheap screwdrivers have been donated. Get the upgraded handles on Knipex pliers. They grip with no effort, less fatigue. The wire cutters cut smooth, no snap at the end that damages your hands and wrist.
Excellent overview and very purposeful use of your toolbag for what you use / need. I know that mine is overpacked and hoping to swap some things out once i pick up the boxes (soon i hope) and condense. Very informative!
Great setup. After years of being a construction superintendent, I've ventured into Mr solo handyman territory. Been building my bag and boxes. Going to go add a paintbrush to my bag after thanking you for the video.
Titan stainless steel pry bars. Had for years. Finally abused enough to bend one But very thin. Best trim pullers I ever used. Need to get some new ones and not use them on metal
Great video Thanks for sharing Going to get those scissors from Harbor freight and Milwaukee bag and drill. Can’t wait to see your pack out in your van 👍👍
“Why replace what works” - exactly how my tool set up is too. Always have the Knipex crowd telling me to upgrade but those Channel Locks do exactly what I want
I have the same bag and do a lot of the same work. Love the bag, it was a gift. You seem to carry a lot of heavy multiples - I only have a 6" adjustable and 6" channel lock for wrenches. Hardly ever need anything more, and if I do, it's in the truck. I find the upper pocket is best for common hex bits and extensions. They fall out or slide to the bottom anywhere else.
@@JAGWAC Thanks. I love Packout but I had already bought a Veto Bag before getting into the system. I think about getting one every time I go in the Depot. The Packout Drawers are great. Looking forward to your Truck Video. Keep making videos 👍
I can learn so much on the Tube, "combo head" I just ordered it, never knew why I was stripping out screws like this, another mystery solved. I do Installs of large "mainframe" like computer servers with all kinds of weird but important screws, bolts etc. Thank you!
First video I have seen that does not show a bag exploding with new, name brand tools in every little spot stacked on one another. A dead giveaway of an actual working handyman/maintenance guy is the paintbrush that looks like it's 10 years old with absolutely *NO* paint on it whatsoever.
I’ve had the greenlee tester for years and even had it clipped on the same Milwaukee bag and somehow the clip is still there! I have a bent putty knife like that that was sold as a glazing tool. No brand on mine either
It's nice to see a tool pack out featuring some tools that are cost friendly that in your words, "do what you ask them to do." Vs. tools that cost you days of labor to afford, such as knipex. Even opting for the Milwaukee pack-out vs. A veto tool bag. It's a tool bag that carries tools. Thank you.
Interesting about the angled scraper they are very rare not many companies I’ve dealt with sell them only one comes to mind is a 3” wallpaper angled scraper by a company called rollingdog. Good quality tools for what they are don’t have one personally but will be on my shopping list. The combi screwdriver is a must have (have one ordered) thanks for the video
Thanks Vince! I do carry a MM on the truck, just not in the bag full time. Truck tour coming soon with everything else I have on hand. Thanks for watching!
In California no license requirement to replace existing, which is all I do. Replace ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, etc. no new circuits 😎 thanks for the comment
You must have watched another video and accidentally posted on this one. Turn your brightness up? 😅 check out my follow up video on this bag ruclips.net/video/2c8EtmHhvO8/видео.html
It's refreshing to see a tool bag video with tools that look like they are actually used to do work😉
I hear ya my man. I just use them as intended. I’d like to know the secret though 🤷♂️😎 Thanks for the comment

These don’t look like that at all. What are you seeing that gives you that impression?

Solid video, the type of guy I look to hire, no excess, no fancy tools I'm being overcharged to pay for.
Thanks for the comment!😁

Very similar to my DIY set up, I found myself over packing my tote & tool belt in the past. Nice & simple👍
Nice! Thanks for the comment t
Great setup. After years of being a construction superintendent, I've ventured into Mr solo handyman territory. Been building my bag and boxes. Going to go add a paintbrush to my bag after thanking you for the video.
That’s awesome John! That paint brush has landed me repeat business and referrals. Go crush it! Thanks for the comment
Great video. Always cool seeing other people tool bag. Definitely helps in how i organize mine.
Glad you enjoyed, Thank you for the comment!
Thanks for posting the video. It is very light efficient practical load out.
Thanks! I appreciate the comment! Truck tour is coming in a few days
Great video the brush is a great idea I always carry one in my car.

I was coming to comments to post this, completely agree
Great video

Thanks! I’m totally Working on that truck tour.
“Why replace what works” - exactly how my tool set up is too. Always have the Knipex crowd telling me to upgrade but those Channel Locks do exactly what I want
And considering most knipex I’ve ever seen on YT still looks new and unused, it’s hard to buy the hype 🤷♂️ thanks for the comment
I use my knipex everyday.....its definitely not necessary but my god they are nice.
@@mikek5016 yep I been using hand me down box store tools for 5 years. Finally decided to upgrade to German made tools. Man I am not looking back!

Thanks for the comment Ryan! Yes, there are still ways I can trim the weight down even more. Always a work in progress
Nice Bag… and I agree on the M12 Installation Driver, I really like it.
That Franklin Stud Finder is great too.
Thanks for the video 👍
Thanks my man, great Veto video you posted today!
@@JAGWAC Thanks. I love Packout but I had already bought a Veto Bag before getting into the system. I think about getting one every time I go in the Depot.
The Packout Drawers are great. Looking forward to your Truck Video. Keep making videos 👍
Awesome stuff! That M12 Installation Driver is the best. My most used power tool.
Right?! Absolutely my most used daily. I even use it as my pilot hole driver when I’m using dry wood and an impact. Thanks for the comment!

Good practical choices.

And I Can’t even imagine how heavy it would be fully loaded like that. Thanks for the comment

Glad you got some value from the video and thanks for the comment!
autozone has a nice staniless scrapper bar i use its prybar and scraper pretty sharp good for delicate trim removal
I’ll totally check that out! Thanks for the tip and comment!
Impressive.
Informative. Thanks
Thanks for the comment Tim!
Them Southwire cutter/stripper, looks like the cutter part is nicked, did you cut a live wire or are they cheap?
No live wire cut. While they have not had any issues cutting, I am always re-evaluating any tools that could. Thanks for the comment!
The clip ALWAYS breaks on the Greenlee NCVT. I've NEVER seen one with the clip attached not fresh out the box. Love your American based tools though.
Thanks my man
I could have used that magnetic wand the other day. Dropped a quarter inch screw inside the furnace 🤦🏽♂️
Oh no! How did you end up getting it out? Thanks for the comment!
nice video... no multimeter?
Thanks Vince! I do carry a MM on the truck, just not in the bag full time. Truck tour coming soon with everything else I have on hand. Thanks for watching!
You licensed to do electrical work?

All scratch free tools. ? Brand new bag too.
