You did good job there, but you should take off the old bioadhesive band first of all, then to clean with alchool for a better grip of the glue, anyway, keep'it up and don't forget to show the finel result witch is missing from this video.
Aren't you supposed to apply glue to both surfaces, wait few minutes, then apply them together? Like most adhesive glues if read the directions... That way it creates better equal adhesive contact to both surfaces rather than 1 surface unequally.
I found it painful to watch you scrubbing the tip through the adhesive like you were trying to erase pencil marks. Is there any reason you don't make slow controlled motions and apply a consistent, even bead to the phone frame?
Probably not, but when removing smartphone screens that are glued on, generally a heat gun is usually advised to be used. Also, if redoing a seal, fresh glue is probably better than re-heating the old glue.

Yeh, you just need to warm those edges up, and it will soften, then you just use a card or something to cut through the soft glue.
