tacets quest is really easy especially if you are a voidwalker. The problem is that tacet is just really overshadowed by both of the other murmurs. (FYI ryhymn can see tacet users LMFAO)
i have 3 issues with tacet 1. as a murmur its insanely weak compared to the other two. There needs to be something maybe a progression similar to ardour where you can get extra benefits if you take a talent card 2. Stealth stat is meant to make the radius smaller. This is great news on paper. But I have an assassin with the highest possible stealth in game (or near enough, 50% ish) and its not that much smaller than the one shown in video. The stealth circle when you invest fully into stealth should be small enough to where i can sneak up to someone and get an assassinate off with dustlunge instead of relying on portals for it. For 50% stealth i sacrificed literally around 100 hp i have 450 hp on that build. 3. Tacet is quite literally bugged. Im not sure what exactly causes this but sometimes players can see you in tacet. No its not blindseers, Ive been seen by dawnwalkers, oathless, etc. I have a hunch the possible causes are server lag or loading distance (so enemies who just sailed to the island youre on while youre in tacet can see you). I will forever cope until tacet gets buffed and finally I can enjoy the true stealthrunner experience
Max stealth in the game is 80%, and it makes the radius about 40% smaller. It's small enough to where you can juke people with it sometimes, but not reliable whatsoever especially for the investment. I have a slot with 131 passive agility, felinor and 80% stealth, the passive agility doesn't affect size (despite it claiming to affect stealth).

A simple thing to make tacet so much more useful is to make it so the circle slowly shrinks while you're not moving and expands when you are. On top of that, you could make it so rolling in tacet is replace by a teleport or something that increases your speed, with the drawback of maxing out the detection range instantly.
Actually the best Tacet suggestion I've seen, kinda reminds me of the cloak and dagger from TF2 if you know that, you can be invisible as long as you want stood still but moving will drain your cloak meter which you use to be invisible. And the short range teleport at the cost of maxing out the range, this feels like something that should already be in the game
Stealth in deepwoken is such a joke, you’d expect assassin builds to go tacet to sneak up on people to get their assassination off but you can literally use dash, get behind someone and get it off, it’d be nice if these 2 were more intertwined and we got something actually stealth related in game cause as of now anything related to it isn’t that great
That stupid teleport assassination thing completely removes the playstyle of stealth, there's no reason to sneak up on someone when you assassinate them from the other luminant. I feel like that should be a talent you get from tacet or just completely removed

I unironically use tactet regularly when voidwalking, catching people who log or sneaking up on people is GOATED It's only used for tactet drop kick which barely anybody uses The bad thing about tactet is that alot of people can see you, voidwalker ferocity can see you, blindseer and other things like rhythm pretty much make it useless You have to sacrifice ALOT for stealth to make tactet viable, I'm not using a ministry cloak with 8 hp so I can have 8% more stealth to reduce the tactet field by 2 studs, why should I do that when I could have more useful stats then the brown hood with 4% stealth and 1 hp? Stealth either HASNT or barely been added to new equipment, so you are essentially using old and less advantageous items just for a barley smaller field, Range decreases when low so you are putting yourself in a bad spot using it anyways I've seen a video of a guy getting tactet the smallest it could be by being Felinor, getting a master armour with high stealth and alot of stealth equipment for it to be small but not worth all that sacrifice. Stealth just needs a buff and more included into newer items

If you're not a voidwalker the quest is hella annoying, they'll probably leave the server before you get to them, or just move location, like it will tell you they're at songseeker, but by the time you sail to the actual other side of the map they're gone, there's no live updates for where they are, you need to sail back to the guy every time you want to know. Even with voidwalker, you need to pray that they're actually a bounty, and then that the game lets you teleport to them, and if it doesn't, you need to rejoin the server and wait the 10 minute cooldown for voideye
its not even that its because of the enchants, ive tested it and more than half of the time it just flat out doesnt make you invisible, straight up, and it would be cool how stealth makes the tacet dome smaller, but it does fuck all, at the max stealth, 87%, its only like, 2 thirds the size of a normal tacet, that is still fucking useless, and so is stealth, its all horrible and just needs a buff or a rework
Hear me out tacet should be reworked to be core mechanic buff how ardour is posture based and Rhythm is a location/hp esp ability maybe make tacet based around speed my example is a tacet minefield (basically when u activate tacet it makes an area pretty big one that has lots of tp bell like places and when you lose 10% hp if you are in the area of it you randomly get tp to one of those places)
u wanna know what would make tacet good? make it actually work. If someone joins I beleive after you joined they can see you through tacet perfectly fine

only thing tacet is good for is sneaking up on players doing hellmode or smth and ambushing them, and even then, you dont even need tacet bc the pve players are too busy trying not to die so they wont see you anyways

You just heavily misused this, when you left kamui you crouched while the spot you came out of was in range so they could see you

80 stealth have half of original tacet radius, so if u divide it by 2 it would turn into op thing for sure, about other ideas they kinda cool.

the scaling is horrible, having maximum stealth equipment makes it about 10% smaller at best
