1:00 tip for editing cards like this, if you go in deepwoken card maker and recreate the card you can perfectly cut out the background (since its all the same color) so it has a clean outline
its technically not possible to make a true 100% pen build because with reinforced armor & ironsings scrapsinger path you can have a total of 80% pen reduction there just arent enough ways to gain pen to have 100% pen against it and this isnt even mentioning that for a true 100% pen build you would also need 100% mantra pen since it wouldnt be a true 100% without it(unless youre going silentheart)
Yo I heard piercing will only procs for the first 15 seconds of heritics sutra, and lym does proc as long as ur insane but you get 5% damage boost per insanity tier, you should try making a build with cheapshot as a more constant replacement for piercing will. Btw question, do you use return to the dark ages on that build? I cant make up my mind if I should use it or no on attunementless builds.

everything works perfectly, piercing will is active as long as you hear the whispers and lym proccs when ur on low sanity (around 3 heretics woth of use)

if you go silentheart the build would have to be slightly modified, maybe pick up ghost instead of 25 charisma
