I am eager to fix your conversion kit into my toyotto corrola car , subject to feasibility and affordable cost for the kit. More over do the Govt. Transport authorities give endorsement for this conversion in the R.C. of the vehicle.
Its not about whether we can or not. Its about whether it is feasible. To develop a Conversion kit for a partticular vehicle's model while sticking to all the rules and regulations laid out by the CMVR, and also then certifying in all would take close to 80 lakhs to 1 CR. of investment. This type of development and certification cost can only be justified if that particular model exists in high volume for which these kits can be commercialized and sold in high nos. Hence yes, It is possible to make an EcoSport to EV, but at an expense not feasible against small volume. @@zainulabdin9353 Mr. Bankar got an extension pack from us. Went to a third party workshop, got it all messed up. Sent the car to us all half assembled with everything damaged and short circuited. In good faith we rectified everything free of cost for him. Also we rectified his AC which he claimed to have had failures at our workshop for absolutely no reason. We did that also free for him. When the car reached us from the third party, we rectified it for him FOC again. Then in some lockdown period his car stopped working in some random place so he called us all tensed up for support when we clearly mentioned we are closed due to lockdown and also COVID has affected our staff. Getting angry over this he got the car towed to Mahindra workshop and posted lots of foul stuff about us on social media. Against which I personally called him and calmed him down. Upto his satisfaction we refunded him the cost he had ever paid to us. And took back our setup with a signed NOC FROM HIM that he was satisfied and that he would not post foul stuff like this. Which he eventually did. He is claiming 4 lacs. Here is the summary 1,44,000 paid to us plus GST. Then at a third party workshop he paid 35,000 or something which he blames on us for reasons best known to him. After that he is considering a repair cost of 2,00,000 extra quoted by Mahindra for 8 year old batteries which he says got damaged because of our extension pack. Inspite of all this, after reading, I called him personally to arrange for returning my refund to him and taking the car back with our new version pack worth 3 lacs installed free of cost because we are not like Mr. Bankar. Money is not everything for us. Life and values are. People like him have no respect and regard for entrepreneurs like us who put all their savings on the line to develop each and everything here in India. Your video on use of a manual gearbox to get better mileage to tackle range anxiety is the direction you should take. Or similar range related videos as its the number one issue preventing mass adoption of evs.

He is lier. I got punishment for 4 lacs from this Northway Support Motors. So Guys Don't go for this type conversion.
