Gadyam most difficult and these two are gems. With all interest at my command, I cannot memorise in this birth. Ganapat and other gems of Vedas are veritable heritage. These Gadyams clearly show that our Veda Pandits are descendents of God.

Yes. This is being recited with devotion and dictum by Smartha Brahmins, who worship both Shiva and Vishnu. But Vaishnavits will never recite Rudram and Chamakam. More or less islamic and Christianity behavior as advocated by their Masters.
Smartha Brahmins nor the peethas associated to Shankaracharya are following their master at all. As per Shankaracharya, names and forms like Vishnu/Shiva are mere Illusions and form the lowest ladder clubbed under Saguna worship but the reality will be realized only when one contemplates on self as Para Brahman. Isn't this the essence of Shankaracharya's teachings? So, do you see anyone doing that, even the Sringeri Peetha itself? You seem ignorant of the various traditions and philosophies which are clubbed under the so called term called Sanatana Dharma. The six darshanas themselves are contradictory to one another and apart from their belief in the Vedas as scriptural authority, there is nothing common in them. Exclusive worship of a principal deity is not particular or peculiar to Vaishanavas but it extends to others as well like Shaivas and Shakthas. Of course, their numbers are less as compared to Vaishanavas but the common principle amongst these is affiliation to a particular deity. This form of worship is not new but existed thousands of years back and they are following their masters unlike the Smarthas. Shankaracharya was not interested in any Saguna worship at all, he viewed it as the lowest level of focused concentration but instead advocated on focus on Nirguna to realize self as the same Para Brahman which dwells in all. Hence, it did not matter to him to prepare a mixed vegetable curry of sort to include various devathas in the worship scheme, it was just ploy on his part to attract the followers to deflect them finally into the Upanishadic statement of Aham Brahmasmi, that was his main goal and the other goal was to bring various kinds of believers onto one platform. Shankaracharya, Ramanujacharya, Madhwacharya, Nimbarka , Kapila, Patanjali, Kumarila Bhatta etc., had different viewpoints and interpretations on the texts and they range from atheistic to theistic tendencies, range from dual, nondual, qualified nondual concepts. So, Sanatana Dharma in short is a sort of mixed vegetable curry, wherein different vegetables are used to make one delicious curry. The core aspect of the people of this tradition has always been acceptance and tolerance to diverse views and not outright condemnation of belief systems of others. This is the beauty of its tradition.
