Hey there friends! Right here I believe is the time I want to clarify something, regarding why I disallow "Top Ten Pony Videos" to show footages of my animations.
Back then when my MLP-Dota 2 animation was released, Top Ten included the footage which involves ALMOST ALL of the animation, which I feel really unfair to us content creators as it means that there is no need to visit the creator's original works.
This is why with the help of Galaxyart I talked to them if they can cut down the amount of footage; basically displaying just enough for a Top Ten list but not too much such that it feels like they just take the whole video and put it onto their list.
Unfortunately with my Age Of Empires Pony II video, this happens again. Which is why I actually asked for one final request to cut down whatever comes next in the case I do have the honour to qualify for it. However, the same case happened once again happened again with Age of Empires I Pony. And I feel that three times is just too much...
Due to this, originally I decided to pull out wholly out of Top Ten, that is I disallow my videos in Top Ten. However, me and Jhaller agreed that we could compromise, which is how it ends up today; and in the end I wish to thank JHaller for respecting my decision.

A: No, these are just videos. The _idea_ however still exists so you might think it still _could_ become a game; however, it would require a joint venture between EA (who own "The Sims" which this is based on) and Hasbro.

Ah man, I love the random character generator generating a black-and-red alicorn with maxed stats.
That was amazing. the character freaking out then was hilarious too.
If you notice, it also selected literally everything, so that was both a mare and stallion, and also a filly somehow.

Animating is far different than making a workable game. I highly doubt she'd know how to. She's a splendid animator sure , but a game that would be more than a pretty template would take someone who knows how to do the various things that makes games flesh as well as skin.

These have been outstanding. Excellent work!
The movements are crisp but have plenty of stretch and bounce, giving the characters a very good sense of mass when they move.
As for the voice-acting, it was very well done too, convey all the emotions very well without drawing attention to itself. Combined with crystal clear recording, I have no reproach on that side.
Oh, and the item description easter eggs were great too. XD
Honestly, this is exceedingly well done. If there ever was an official game that actually looked, sounded and played like this, I would totally snatch it up. The actual "The Sims" costs, what, $60-$70? I'd pay a $20-$30 premium on top of that for this game.
So yes. Wonderful work. Very much looking forward to the next installment.

Almost every OC I see is a black and red alicorn, with something "cool" like a flame for a cutie mark, and they're always some God of the universe and all the princesses plus mane 6 love them ^__^;

Highlight for me was the route-fail. Yes, Fluttershy, who is clearly moving, is in the door on the exact time you want to go through. Obviously that means the path to the newspaper is blocked forever and you need to yell at the player about rather than, you know, waiting three seconds and trying again.
That's classic The Sims. They're so adorably stupid at times.

This is amazing. Everything fits together really well, apart from one little detail. Just one little thing ...
... you used Comic Sans as the font.
You should never use Comic Sans. It is simply the worst font in almost any context. When you do use it, that means you are trying to make your product look unprofessional intentionally. It drains away all of your design points. It makes the whole thing look like a little kid made it. We use Comic Sans for YTP videos and ... I don't know ... that's about it I guess.
You made the user interface cute and slightly high-tech-ish. Mot too much, and not too little. It's perfect. But then you put this font in.
I am having a hard time basting in the beauty of this animation, just because of the font. I'm sorry.
Unfortunately, comic sans is also the very font that the original sims uses as a font ;) And as I was trying to go for accuracy, there's nothing I can do except for embracing it!
