I personally think that, Vice City was perfect for these days capabilites, GTA IV and V was good and amazing for time period but Vice City was always my favourite and to see it in HD era in this scale was worth the wait. 2025 cant come soon enough.
Liberty City and California have been done to death at this point, it was time to return to VC. I'm glad they are doing a modern version of it instead of a 80s era homage to Scarface.

I believe that Tommy will be mentioned in the story and that's it. Like that: "I heard that in the 80s a guy broke into another guy's mansion and killed the guy... Man... what a story"
He should at least get a mention seeing the huge impact he made in Vice City, for many years after the events of Vice City, he was the kingpin of that city and likely would have stayed that way for quite sometime so there is probably a lot of stories about him. Hopefully he got a good ending and we hear of this in the game, like he's retired living elsewhere. I'd love to see him come back as he is my favorite protagonist but Rockstar have never brought back 3D era characters and Tommy's voice actor Ray Liotta is dead.

this isn't how things go. the graphics aren't bad but they aren't groundbreaking. but you should most definitely expect a downgrade in quality on the actual release. almost all games turn the graphics up for the trailer and reduce crowd density or draw distance on the actual release

Vcs is hard to play, it only released in 2 consoles. They atleast releases LCS on mobile but vcs only psp and ps2 . Emulators are also annoying to use for a lot of people

I've played all of the GTAs (including 1&2) and VC always felt special unlike all the others outside of maybe GTA 3 since it was the first one in 3D.
