I always wondered how it was that he got all of these women. He even ended a relationship because he needed "a really pretty face." Then there was the blonde who was hanging on his every word and said "I could listen to you talk about mail all day long." Huh?
@@huzaifshah2139 That makes sense. He's actually quite witty, the way he describes Jerry's act----audience "lapping up your inane comments" or words to that effect.
This might be the most underrated Seinfeld episode. I’ve never seen it included in any list of the “best” episodes, but it should be. Every single storyline - the flea fumigation, the manuscript, the peaches, the “looks aren’t important” - is brilliantly written and side-splitting.
IMO the best example was in that early episode when Elaine was frantically helping an unwanted guest pack up his belongings and yelling , "Pack!" at the same time. Classic.
In the episode, she went in twice. This video only showed her going in the second time. The first time she went in, she did check the coffee table first.
I love watching these clips without having seen the episodes. It’s so satisfying to see storylines from other clips link up. I saw the mackinaw peaches one yesterday
I thought Elaine was going to go inside - and realize there wasn’t any gas. Which would shift the episode to proving that the exterminator was scamming his customers.
I would bet money that this was originally about bed bugs but then they changed it to fleas to make it more understandable for a mainstream audience. Bed bugs are a constant fear in NYC, very difficult to get rid of once you have them.
Newman besides being such an intreging personality in such a funny way, has such a prolific language it make it so pleasing to listen to him. I got the word prolific from Kramer who has his turn in the alouqent department.
I really feel for Elaine when she finds out that the package she got from work was actually a fresh manuscript that she was supposed to edit for Pendant Publishing. And then risking her life while she looks frantically for it in the poisoned apartment and coming up empty-handed. Ouch.
I take it something like this may have happened to you too. You receive something you think isn’t important to find out later it is and you have to race to get it back before it’s too late.
@@jordan2104 the scene was shorted here to focus on the fleas. Elaine did check the coffee table and it wasn’t there. She went back a second time and search everywhere all to find Kramer must have lost it all together.
Newma : Jerry what a pleasent surprise J : nothing pleasant about it.. Newman : so if you don't mind.. J : oh but I do mind.. We can see here a pattern of an ordenary routine being injected with blunt offence. Brilliant dialog.
Jerry broke when Newman scratched and danced at the end.
I think it’s perfectly in character for Jerry to laugh at the sight of Newman in agony.
Newman scratching himself when Jerry isn't looking is hilarious.
"Oh, I know the chunky that left these Chunky's....NEWMAN" 🤣🤣🤣
“I don’t explain them Mr. Seinfeld, I just exterminate them” 😂😂😂😂
Something J Seinfeld would come up with. Good writers😂
2:14 I love how Kramer just casually walks out like nothing's going on!
Then refuses to go back in even though he seemed fine.😂
Newman's facial expressions were always hilarious😂

It's a classic, not "underrated".
Kramer said he thought the sign was there in case Jerry was with a girl.... And he still walked in. Loll
Wayne Knight killed in this show 😂
Julia Louise Dreyfuss' foray in Jerry's fumigated apartment is truly an underrated piece of physical comedy. Extremely well done.

Eh, not really. It's pretty straightforward, like someone in a hurry who obviously can't breath.
The moment where Jerry's mom immediately knows what's wrong is so wholesome. Mother's really know their kids
not all of them
Mom, dad, I have fleas!
Good mothers
Jerry's mother is adorable - she reminds me of my dear old late mum 😊

typical Kramer getting into dangerous situations he somehow always comes out alive from 🤣

Possibly my favorite scene from Seinfeld, Jerry confronting Newman about fleas
Agreed. And also the broccoli scene.
