Bestes Video bis jetzt von dir :) Vielen Dank. Was machst du wenn du so viele Leute + Arbeit hast, dass der Kalender so voll ist, dass es schwer ist one-ones unterzukriegen? Ich mache es im Moment dann nur mit den wichtigsten MA (beste Performer) bi weekly.... Scheint mir aber, für die Entwicklung und das Gefühl der Anderen, nicht ideal zu sein. Wie machst du das?
