Very close to Ariyakudi style singing... Later years , KVN seems to have slowed down. What a flawless performance; perfection personified. crystal clear notes and not a single hint of sruti or swara misalignments at such speeds. simply too good!
“I fully endorse all those comments made out by Sri Geethacharyar on the private concert at the home of Palghat Sri K.V. Narayanaswamy; I appreciate the repetition of that concert. The repetition is worth indeed. Sri T.N.KrishNan’s violin vaasippum, Palghat Sri Mani Iyer’s mrudangamum is equally enjoyable. Our neighboring State ‘Kerala’ is not lagging in contributing to our ancient, beautiful Carnatic Music. We are joyous. - “M.K.Subramanian.”
will watch tomorrow after school surely it will be a wonderful concert
One of the finest bhairavi of the Great Master. Each raga and Kriti is a finely chiseled piece. music that is wholesome and brings inner piece!
“Joyous to hear the Carnatic Music Concert of Palakkadu Sri K.V. Narayanaswamy, a famous Carnatic Sangeeth Musician.” - “M.K.Subramanian.”
When mani iyer plays mridangam for kvn he gets a special energy and krithi suddham. That is his speciality.ariyakudis paripurna asirvatham is there alwys.
It was enjoyable to hear the Karnatak music concert of K V Narayanaswamy.
Superb concert by the great KVN Sir with equally great violin and mridangam vidwans . Thank you for sharing this fabulous recording.
Brilliant performance😊😊
absolutely phenomenal bhairavi. mani sir's thani in chapu talam is unparalleled!
This record replicates .exactly the style of his guru.Later he seems to have adeherd to a slow pace of the KVN brand.
Thanks for sharing..
Dear Sir, many thanks
Thank you …..
“I feel that a good Karnatic Sangeetham singing, appears to me, that all those folks who hear such singing like that of Sri K.V.Madurai S, will start to murmur along with him to some extent automatically; we do that always. We do so for our own enjoyment. That is the first step ever, you know. Pl. start it from today. It is never too late to start. Our Carnatic Music possesses such a kind of iirppu. I mean ‘attraction’. -- “M.K.Subramanian.”
A great concert
Such a purity in every note, every item sang with so much feel. Thanks for this excellent recording!
“Indeed we feel happy to hear this vocal concert of Sri K.V. Narayanaswamy along with Sri T.N. Krishnan playing violin and Palghat Sri Mani, the praiseworthy vaasippu of Palghat Sri Mani playing mrudangam. To sum up, the whole team is highly praiseworthy. A honor to our grand Carnatic Sangeetha Thevathai. Is it not? - “M.K.Subramanian.”
