Oh my goodness Sis - I am so hungry now! This stew looks amazing! Where do you get your seasonings from? I recognise Dunns River which I can find easily, but your other Ghanaian type flavours I need the down-low on where to start looking for them. I have Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys quite close or is it local speciality shops that will stock them? Thanks in advance my dear.
