One thing I always experience when i sit seat seated straddle is tightness in my inner knee and from moving my upper body and stretching from side to side it went away!!! I normally will just sit but now that I have the new technique of stretching my upper body and back while I sit straddle I think I can actually make some progress on trying to do a split

I've recently started weight training/lifting (for a little over a month now) and I subbed to your channel because I noticed a loss in overall flexibility. I was amazingly flexible before, but BOY! I could barely do half the things in video with proper form, and my seated saddle is pretty pathetic lol. I'm hoping to add your videos into my weekly workout routines at least 3-4x per week. Hopefully I'll be able to report back better results after another month!

Interesting that the hamstring stretches helping with the middle split and opening up the hips also. I neglected to think of their importance in reaching that position
My biggest challenge is when I get to 12:57. I cannot put my hands closer to the floor. But I keep going at it so that I get better. Thank you for the videos. Got my mum into them too.
It was for me too when I started stretching but I just kept doing it whenever I could until I realised I could actually go completely low like chest to floor low and naturally my straddle became more stretched.

Definitely. All of the hip opening videos will help you get to a point where straddle is comfortable and the stretches in this video become available. Straddle stretch in itself is an advanced stretch if done properly! Dear Adde: I have troubles getting an opening angle greater than 100-110 on straddle position despite frequent stretching exercises.
