- In this surprise, moderately scuffed video, we bring you the new Tears of the Kingdom Special Edition! TJ was nice enough to let me film the unboxing of his new Switch (as I can't get one myself :') ). Was it worth picking up?
Also sorry for the rough video quality on this one! Filming in less than great conditions + trying to edit on my laptop which nearly exploded from being overworked made this video quite the challenge! BUT I hope you enjoy!

I just found this channel earlier this week. I think you were talking about some of your favorite switch games of all time I subscribe right away because you and I have similar gaining taste and I wanna support your content . I am a casual, female gamer, and I love fire emblem, Dreamlight valley, dragon quest so on and so forth. I understand your reasoning for not wanting to get a new switch because if you wanna continue your gaming channel in the future, if you continue to love it the way that you do it’s best to save up for the new system. Truthfully, my argument for upgrading from a launch edition switch was I can not possibly understand what they will release at least in the first year that will make me think I need the system right away (never say never though right )All of my favorite franchises got a new game release this year. You had fire emblem, three hopes or whatever it was with our favorite characters from fire emblem engage you had Dragon Quest treasures, and not to mention the new Zelda game by the time my favorite franchises get a new game in my humble opinion. It will be a while on the new system. I think that the only way to motivate my behind to go bankrupt for a new Nintendo system is if they released a remake of Dragon quest 8. I love every single character in the game. Holy crap if you haven’t played it, I highly recommend it. If you can I downloaded the demo live is a live since you recommended it. Thank you for the suggestion. I don’t know what it is, but I could not get into the original Octopath traveler and I wanted to love it however, I hear the second one is much better so I will eventually check that one out as well and I’m also looking forward to playing persona on my switch as I hear that it’s very similar or at least the way that it plays is something familiar to fire emblem three houses.
Exactly it’s really weird to imagine a new system next year. Only thing they could do is drop a new epic Mario AND Metroid Prime I mean that would be a pretty big launch but without Zelda it just feels weird. Maybe they’re gonna do something HUGE with Metroid then. Idk
I'm so glad you like the channel!! That means a lot! And we definitely have similar gaming interests!! I'm going to do more of a video on it later at some point but yes Octopath II improves a LOT over the first, and I'm really hopeful that people who might not have liked the first will really vibe with the second one better so I really recommend it!
Right! Like it's SO hard to picture what exactly is next, especially as we don't know what the rest of the year will really look like now

And you know what? They should’ve totally released a Mario themed Nintendo Switch edition since the success of the Super Mario movie, and the grand opening of Super Nintendo World at Hollywood.
I am SO ready! And I agree! I’d love to see a really solid Mario Special Edition OLED-not just one that’s a special kind of red like the past Mario switches😂

Do your joy cons make metallic springy noises, mine did, so annoying
I think all JoyCon sticks do if you flick em like take it to the edge and let go
