I never use adblock, if people today think a 15-30 second ad before a video is bad, they've forgotten sitting through 3-minutes of commercials on a TV for about 10 or less (Hell sometimes even as low as 4!) minutes of your show before you gotta sit through another 2-3 minutes of more commercials.
I mean, I got my sketch book next to me anyways I can doodle while an ad is playing, I don't care.

RUclips's auto-generated captions are really good. There are some screw-ups ("clams in" translates to "Clintonville"?), but with context you should be able to understand it.
not just you, but at the same time, im using half broken ear-buds (you know what im talking about. one of the 2 speakers either doesnt work or has such a volume difference that one of them is practically mute)...
@Cullen Latham It's even worse when watching alot of gaming videos and knowing that you need two earbuds to hear the full audio. x.x
the ironic thing is i was able to fix the issue shortly after the comment... earwax buildup can block the speakers, apparently. :P
I still have a horrible record with headphones and ear buds, though. ear buds rarely last a month, and headphones at best only last a month or 2 before the plug breaks... :P

You know what’s the worst? When you’ve been avoiding Clam Blitz rotations, decide to try it out for once, and your team throws their clams at an enemy net with the barrier up, then the very next game start throwing clams at their own net, and then you have to carry yourself out of C ranks.

Some tips from what I’ve experienced over time: S+ in this mode and all modes
*YOU CNA JUGGLE POWER CLAMS AND PLEASE IF YOU CAN PICK UP A DEAD TEAMMATES CLAM*
Either try to go super sneaky mode with Ninja squid, or be extremely fast.
*WATCH YOU MAP OFTEN* If some one is near the basket saying “This way” super jump to them with some clams
Have a *LEAST* one quick super jump because the difference between one and none is extremely noticeable
Super jumping is quite good especially when one person has popped the basket you can hang back with a power clam and the super jump BAM easy 20 points
Don’t really push as a squad as Scott said because then you run the risk of getting wiped and there goes your push
And brush and the carbon roller are my go to weapons what are yours?
*TEAM WORK IS KEY* The “this way” button is quite useful
Inkjet is a decent special for some quick damage or kills, you don’t loose clams either
Your penalty is based on how many clams you put in, so if you just pop it you get +10 and can pop it again for some trickling 10 points.

Universal 64 Tiny unrelated tip: Having bomb effectiveness up and squid beacons will increase the super jump speed of all squids who use them. Not enough people know this.
Plus, I use the Sploosh-o-matic

Universal 64 True, but people really need to use those beacons if they're placed in decent spots. The beacons really help when your teammates can get back into the fray as quickly as possible. It's just most people who have beacons never seem to have bomb effectiveness pins on their clothes to make the beacons as effective as possible. It's definitely a waste of some good push potential. =Y

Yeah, there was a guy with 9 clams heading towards the basket and I continuously tried to throw a clam at him so he can get a Power Clam, but he ignored me and when we got there, he was splatted and lost all the clams because there was no 1 clam in sight.

I'm rewatching a lot of your videos lately and finding that what you said in the Overwatch side of salt was really true. I stopped playing Overwatch right before that video was made (mainly because my ps4 died) and now watching your other sides of salt again and your shaving seconds and I see WAY more passion in them. I am also SUPER excited for the Sig and Tessa that is coming out and can't wait to see what you do with the characters. I support you one hundred percent (even though i have no money to donate, sorry) and hope you continue being one of the greats on RUclips
I've never played a second of Splatoon in my life, and the mechanics of the game are a mystery to me. Despite not knowing a single fucking thing about it, this video still helped me understand the mode?? Good job man, I genuinely love your content

X Trem I played this, the free mecha is ultra slow and weak. You need to spend a lot of $ to get a decent mecha to win any match. The game is 100% pay to win.

Scott Falco strikes me as a person who never leaves the house and has crust all over his messy room.
while brushes are somewhat effective they aren't, when u arrive in higher ranks and play with people that can actually aim brush becomes worthless most top players can keep calm and pre fire unlike lower players who can't aim surprisingly tho apart from the brush part cyborg did a good job, bubbles and armor are very effective specials, comboing them with rain or a bomb rush makes it incredibly scary tho :P

Rank X tips for clam blitz
-at start of the match make sure all side routes are inked
-try to gain middle turf aswell
- pick up a variety of clams (make sure your team total is 15+ atleast)
- when you reach 9 clams, sneak into enemy base and pick up a clam waiting in there so you can instantly break the basket////
- use baller to reach enemy base undetected and call your team mate to you to dunk the clam
I've just gotten into ranked, and clam blitz is the only mode I can't seem to play at all. I'm absolute garbage at it and still at C-, while everything else I'm slowly crawling up to a B/B+. I'm glad this video exists, actually helped me a lot to understand the gamemode.

Another useful tactic in Clam Blitz is using a weapon with a beacon. Using a beacon can he useful in the sense that you could easily lay low and once you create a Super, you could simply jump to a beacon that you placed near the enemy basket assuming they didn't notice and destroy it.
I’ll probably get crucified for saying this, but when I get Splatoon 2, I’ll probably waste my time completing the story mode and doing the themed turf wars.
The Mlg Pyro Bruh, i bought the game the day it came out and spent 40 hours not only completing the story mode, but getting 1000%, which is every map with all weapons. You will not be alone.

I'm more wanting to know why it was so long. If it was in his contract to promote the game for that length of time, then fine (although you could make the argument that he should of picked a better ad), but I've yet to see that. My guess its because he is new to sponsorship and he was worried that if he didn't promote the game to a certain extent then he wouldn't be compensated, but this is simply unfounded as evident in jontrons video. If he is able to cut down on ad space, it would improve the content of his video. That's all im asking.

Freezinater Scott is an animator, making money for them is like panhandling in the street. He's just a smaller channel, so if you don't like it just skip it.

I do skip it, oddly enough. As I said, I'm fine with him making money. I have no issues with a video necessarily being sponsored, rather it's the ratio of actual video to sponsored ad. Let's say you were watching a RUclipsr who did longer videos. Let's say about 20 minutes in length. What if 4 minutes out of that 20 was nothing but a sponsor? I'm just saying it's overkill. Also, I wish Google would actually **notify** me when I got replies so I don't have to keep this video open just to check for replies every now and again.

In Clam-Blitz if someone squid-bags me I'll use the Inkbrush to quickly collect the shells and then run. Trust me, it's amazing watching them try to catch you.
for flatter stages with not too much elevation ink brush is god tier. Also you can super jump to a partner even if you have clams or a power clam.
So this will be a mini series? Because this is pretty funny and I like this style of video you do. (And Cyborg chan is adorable that's also a thing)

one of the best weapon for support is custom hydra splatling because of the ink mines for defense and ink armor for defensive - offense.

Don't forgot the Inkjet tactic. If your team loses a superclam, you can quickly get it back by flying to it with the inkjet, and return to safety.
I only use the brush for league clam blitz with friends so I agree, the reason I do league is because I got to B rank in tower control, I don’t do ranked tower control anymore since the tri slosher got nerfed. I agree with you about clam blitz though
