What is the minimum pressure which is to be maintenance inside cylinder or on which pressure cylinders needs to be replaced with filled one.. ?

It's advisable to replace the cylinder of a BA set if the working time is less than @ 15 minutes... so actual time calculation will be 15 + 10 = 25 minutes...

But sir as ai know, A person take 7-8 liter air in a 1 minute. You can on Google. And you are saying a person take 40 liter air in 1 minute. Then how is this possible.

True...
A typical adult will breathe between 12-20 breaths per minute approximately 5-8 litres of air per minute. During moderate exercise, an adult human can breathe between 40-60 litres per minute.

In which mentioned the BA set total time duration 60 minutes. Although it's 6 ltr water capacity and 300 bar. Then how is possible.

Whenever it gets empty... or if it's working duration is less than 20 min. ... or before hydrotest of Cylinder
