I m from ladakh and I am very proud to say that plastics in any form is banned in here from many years wether it's a bag or disposal. It's our duty to make it happen in every corner of world. As we the only living on earth who created plastic material and now it's our responsibility to make to erase from our planet.

#1 is meaningless to regular people, #3 does not tackle the real priority which is slowing down PRODUCTION of new plastics and USAGE of existing plastics (usage which recycling only further ENCOURAGES). This list of priorities is stupid. A true list of priorities should include things like STOP BUYING food and drink wrapped in plastic (and stop believing recycling makes it all "green" so you can continue buying plastic).
