A 300 square feet apartment in HK in NT will drop to 1.5 million soon without factoring in normal inflation. Please don’t tell people it’s time to buy. This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. You have to know at least the median salary and rent in that city to make any educated guess on when the market has bottomed out. Don’t just look at the property prices around that neighborhood. The whole real estate market is in correction level. If the process of correction takes too long the market will never rebound.
