    至於肥婆嗰間皇宮樓,時代水岸喺珠海於斗門區,屬三丶四綫位置,僅僅好過新青工業區丶平沙新城。現在二手係值1萬/平米上下。

    跌咗一半都唔奇,以前識人買咗碧桂園嘅樓嗰時要百幾萬,而家最多咪幾廿萬,唔知邊條契弟話自住冇問題!嗰100幾廿萬差價,我用嚟收利息好過啦

      我有朋友多年前1佰萬買咗國內樓,2019年時佢賣樓,有個客睇啱咗,2佰萬買,文件搞好咗,點知香港封關.如果回內地要自我隔離21日做檢測,佢老公叫佢唔好返上去,等開返關先上去.點知大陸樓市開始下跌,個客即打退堂鼓.而家連睇都無人睇樓.,高息都係呢3年左右0既事.

    Normal working class people in Zhuhai can’t afford $20000 a square meter, not even $10000 a square. most people bought these homes are idiots from HK using prices in HK as reference. Any one who still owns a home will regret they haven’t sell it today. That includes every single home in China and HK. A 300 square feet apartment in HK in NT will drop to 1.5 million soon without factoring in normal inflation. Please don’t tell people it’s time to buy. This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. You have to know at least the median salary and rent in that city to make any educated guess on when the market has bottomed out. Don’t just look at the property prices around that neighborhood. The whole real estate market is in correction level. If the process of correction takes too long the market will never rebound.
