At 6:08, that is a dual mass flywheel. It’s made to do that. There’s nothing wrong with the flywheel something else in the clutch failed to make all the heavy cuts in the housing.
I had to come down to the comments to make sure I wasn't missing something. For those unaware, it's an AC compressor with a clutch. It only engages when the AC is on, and then only to build up enough pressure to run the AC system. When the clutch is disengaged, the pulley spins freely.

Why don’t manufacturers just put a small drainage hole in the bottom of the lights?
Because there should never be any standing water in the light. If you have standing water the headlight seal is damaged and should be replaced.
Because when you top up your blinker fluid it would just leak out

Luke Becker blinker fluid stores and releases charge. When you activate your turn signal, energy builds up in the fluid like a battery for a split second, and then lets it go all at once, and then the process repeats. This is what makes your blinkers flash on and off.
