    Big Beau, I got a question for you. I am a contractor, I am researching some business ideas. I worked as an apartment contractor. Here is my question. If I had a maintenance contracting service. Will charging 37.50 an hour work with multi family owners for one maintenance temp worker.?

      hey Paul, I think that rate would work for small apartment investment owners, under 50 units, who don't already have on-site salaried personnel. smaller owners need "a guy" they can call on for various repairs and maintenance when needed. Also, this person is more likely to call you if they don't already have professional mngt, which is rare. Otherwise, their mngt company already has their own people that handle repairs and maintenance.
