Loved this talk. The Shanquella Robinson story has been weighing soooo heavy on my heart. I’m the same way, I keep a really small circle of people that I know I can trust through and through, some people and situations like this makes it really hard to want to make new friends at all. I meet new people that are cool but idk like that, I strictly meet them out, no coming over no trips, you just gotta be cautious.
I felt that workout piece too, I’ve started getting up at 4:45 to workout before I clock in and the first week or two was beating me up but the habit has formed and I actually prefer that early workout to get my day going and accomplish some early summer body goals!
