Naruto is above Sasuke in feats but everyone else Sasuke beats except Naruto that’s why Naruto is the Strongest of his time. Naruto scales slightly above Sasuke especially once he achieves baryon mode the gap gets even higher.
It came a long way since Naruto was that inexperienced brat who just throw himself at everything the opponents throws at ... now he can easily recognized any forms of attacks at one look. Great character build up since he was a kid ... i mean baby =p
