going to try to sqaut without knee sleeves for a while i think i can get better quad activation and depth without them
also will strength hip flexors and knees
my hip adductors are strained and my quads and spinal flexors were still a little sore.
probally shouldnt even have lifted just got bored so.
My body weight is around 194lbs
585 moved faster than last time tho

lol i swear i see the craziest lifts @ the nich. I was doing like 285 and felt so happy and see the guy next to me deadlifting 6 plates. Every damn time... amazing lift brody.

watching over the recording i realized my stace at the start was a little wider than normal and i couldnt hit depth also the hip flexor strain made it harder to hit depth

@@haowo.c Do you have some core principles or lessons you live by to gain strength in the gym? Ive plateaued my bench press for a while now :(
@ I plateaued on bench a while back but I changed my bench mindset to building more muscle instead of strength and as a byproduct my strength went up a lot. ( closer grip and more volume) I also had very weak triceps compared to my chest and I spammed triceps extensions which helped a lot
So you’re basically if Ufpwrlifter took squats as seriously as his bench 😂💪🏾

How do you determine your reps with sets? Is it just go heavy until you cant anymore with a doable amount of reps, and then you go to a doable weight and just spam those?

Is the bar position catering to your upper and lower body ratio, indeed this is equivalent to hb squat? Just would like to seek some advice,as it looks like i am a very similar body ratio as yours but i am a fans of hb squat
this is a lowbar sqaut hb sqauts are pretty cool i cant get a lot more upright and deeper

I squeeze my lats and it makes the bar sit still
Put the bar on your rear delts. The bar should feel light in your hands. If not, you can develop tendonitis.

@ my M are from a long time ago and they are way stiffer than the Small( bought last year) idk why. But since the small is tighter around my leg they both make me sqaut the same amount

@@ykgthekritikal I don’t have a program that I follow. I just warm up to a max set then I lower the weight little by little and make sure to go rpe9 almost every lift. I also did a lot of volume and ate a lot of food
