Meta buster blader is pretty good nowadays. They have a card that changes all enemy monsters to dragon type. So regardless if your enemy has a native dragon deck, modern BB always kicks ass.
Buster blader has a monster that can be equipped which pretty much locks extra deck summoning...and I believe its at 3 in Master Duel. If I'm not mistaken, that card used to be banned because other decks took advantage of it. So to answer the question, BB can be good if you manage to get that combo off

0:32 you would get absolutely demolished. Buster blader decks have so much more to fuck up dragons with. They even have a synchro to make all monsters dragon type and can make their fusion with one card.

The Fusions negates your opponents dragons effects, turns them to defense position, gains attack for every dragon on the field, graveyard and banished zones and does Piercing Damage against defense position monsters. Now let's talk about their Synchro, the Dragon, makes all monsters your opponents controls Dragons, bouncing off of the fusion, if you don't have a Buster Blader, summon one from grave, if you do, give it a Destruction Sword monster from the Grave. The Whelps all have their own effects too, one gets to summon a Buster Blader or itself, one stops Extra Deck entirely, one stops Graveyard effects, and the other stops already face up Spell/Traps! And that's just the cookie cutter monsters! Their own Spells and Traps also do some wild things for the archetype in general, quick fusion/synchro summon, banish your opponents monsters, the deck isn't played all that often but that only helps it since people don't really ever expect to see it.

long story short with my one duel experience using my BE deck vs Buster Blader deck: the moment the 1st draw was made. Law & Order SVU theme started rolling in the whole thing
I got a chuckle when I tried out my still work-in-progress Blue-Eyes deck. I summoned a Maiden with Eyes of Blue in ATK (obvious bait on my part, since she has 0 ATK/DEF) and had Soul Successor set face-down, and then I ended my turn. My opponent gets out 3 monsters & the Seal of Orichalcos (at that point, their weakest monster [Axe Raider] had 2200 ATK, and their strongest had 2400) on their turn and then they attack my Maiden, resulting in me immediately activating her effect (stopping the attack and switching her to DEF, and then being able to special summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my Hand, Deck, or Graveyard), and even if they somehow blocked her effect, I could have still used Soul Successor to tribute her and destroy one of their monsters, and then get one of my BEWD onto the field to block any further attempts to attack. As soon as my Blue-Eyes White Dragon hit the field, they just rage-quit on the spot! Apparently they had literally no answer to my BEWD. And even worse for them, I had a Sage with Eyes of Blue & another Maiden in my hand, so I could have very easily gotten another BEWD onto the field on my next turn as well, and with Soul Successor face-down, I could also have activated that to sacrifice my in-play Maiden to destroy one monster on their side of the field and then summon ANOTHER BEWD. Had my next turn actually come around, I could have had 3 BEWD in play, and then if I managed to pull one of my Polymerization cards, I could have used them to bring out my Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. THAT probably would have made them REALLY rage quit, it all it took for them to rage quit in the first place was just one BEWD hitting the field. :P
For the buster blader question: it's still good but not as good as in duel link there is just the meta to play around in master duel and basically the OCG
To answer your question, if Blue-Eyes aren't equipped with the proper counter measures, Buster Blader will wreck it and most dragon decks with the power of racism
So breaking down the Buster Blader vs BEWD matchup is a little funky but I'll do my best. Buster Blader mainly uses "Jester Confit" & "Tenyi Spirit-Adhara" to put a level 1 on board in order to use "Where Arf Thou" to search for "Buster Whelp of the Destruction Swordsman" so they can search for "Prologue of the Destruction Swordsman" in order to make the Synchro "Buster Dragon" and the Fusion Monster "Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman" by using prologue to discard "Destruction Sword Memories" and "Buster Blader" then using Memories grave effect on your opponent's turn. The weakness of Buster Blader IMO is that it can't strongly play around "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" if Ash hits either Buster Whelp or Where Arf Thou your only real option is hoping you managed to put some combination of Whelp, Jester and Tenyi on board so you can go into Verte Anaconda to make Rainbow Neos (I use this in Master Duel since Dark Dragoon is banned which is what you would normally use.) As far as the BEWD matchup, as funky as it sounds, I think it's even or even possible for BEWD to win. So, one of the big things BEWD has going for it is 9/10 it runs "Effect Veiler" more importantly it can SEARCH for Effect Veiler with "Sage with Eyes of Blue" meaning it can both shut off the attack boost that Fusion Blader gets and use its Dragon effects. So, they can freely make whatever they want that turn and while you can protect Fusion Blader with Prologue's graveyard effect you still might get swung on hard plus Twin Burst Dragon still banishes it. They could use Veiler make Twin Burst and just banish both Blader and Buster Dragon. So essentially for BB to win BEWD has to use none of its tech cards at all, 1 Ash can stop their main play and Effect Veiler + Twin Burst will massively put them back, if none of that happens Buster Blader has the advantage, but the deck admittedly has less room to add in tech cards especially since Master Duel has more such as 2 "Called by the Grave" instead of 1 and 2-3 Maxx"C" and likely 1-2 "Crossout Designator" which will just kill Blader's overall consistency also the fact that it cannot field Dark Dragoon hurts like hell for the deck.

A proper buster blader deck shuts down almost all dragon decks completely. His fusion makes it so that dragon monsters cant activate their effects. So yea, buster blader can clap blue eyes real good. Unless you have an out like kaiju or a winged dragon of ra sphere mode, you gonna get clapped 99% of the time if you use any dragon deck.
I play a dragon link buster blader combo. Buster blader by himself isnt that optimal unless you prologue of the destruction swordsman to destruction memories to bring out buster dragon to turn opponents monsters to dragons and buster blader the dragon destruction swordsman to negate them.
Rhyme I recommend trying a pure rokket deck. It is a link deck but it is also very fun and not that much competitive. The boss monster is Borreload Dragon. If you want I can give you the deck list

Buster Blader shits on anything Dragon related in Master Duel. If you get Buster Dragon, it CAN work on other decks due to his effect to make all monsters on the field dragon-type (better DNA Surgery), but I’m not sure how great it works on Meta Decks like Dryton and shit. However, a turn 1 Fusion Buster Blader and Buster Dragon is a hard board to break unless you get some destruction card, but Buster does have some minor protection with a card you can banish from the GY.
I play Dragon Link Buster Blader Rhyme and unless you get CONSIDERABLE hand traps and interruptions going, Buster Blader still stomps Blue Eyes and other dragon decks especially if the buster player is going first!
Ima be honest…I been sitting on a buster blader deck that I made specifically to face blue eyes and I really am just not confident in myself to use it.

I play buster blader which locks people out of extra deck and locks dragons effects from the grave. It also turns the opponents field into dragons
