As a theatre designer, one of my all-time wishes is to be able to sit down with Ralph Fiennes and just talk for several hours. Picking his brain and exchanging ideas. Anyway, this interview makes me more interested in the film than I was originally. I’ll check it out!

Whenever I hear of the word 'doubt', I remember St. Francis of Assisi's Peace prayer. St. Francis of Assisi, Pray for us. St. Cecilia, Pray for us. I ❤ Ralph Fiennes. ❤ Sabina

John Peter Pham's book, 'Heirs of the Fisherman' is an analysis of all the conclaves and how they arrived at their decisions. Essentially, it is an account of serial factionalism and my main takeaway is that God's chosen one is the candidate the least number of delegates object to. 'But how would he know, the conclaves are held in great secrecy', I hear someone ask. Indeed, they are, but cardinals are desperate gossips.
