I'm from Maine and I don't think i've ever seen a lobster processed before cooking. We just throw them in a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes and sit down and dig in. Half the fun is breaking them apart and dipping it in butter. YUM YUM!
I was raised in the Florida Keys…..what a great childhood….we were poor, ate plenty of lobster, crab, shrimp and fish…I remember once, my brother dove off the back dock and brought our 4 lobsters…my mom snapped off the tails and was broiling them for our supper, I remember telling her “Mom, can’t we just have a hot dog?”
What island did you grow up on?
I was raised poor on the coast of Texas. And grew up eating fish, shrimp, oysters and crabs. That we would go catch. Fast forward to now! Come to find out we was eating rich people's food! Lol
@neon catfish - Same story, on southeastern NC coast. Great memories.
😂😂🤣

Great introduction Houston! You are a pro already! Daniel, so nice to see you and your family enjoying your trip to Miami, Florida. Lobster looked divine! Blessings!
These kids will forever remember these experiences with their parents 👍👌😎🌹❤️🙏
Daniel and family, snorkeling for lobsters looks like so much fun! And it was rewarding, too. You got a free lunch out of it AND somebody else got to cook for a change! 😂 🦞🦞🦞🦞😋
Awesome on getting fresh as can be lobsters. Lol Daniel on being from OK. Gr8t music. Your meal looked awesome with smoked lobster - jealous. Fun times. Stay safe & take care of you all. Thanks for sharing eh :))
Being a Floridian and diving for years, that brought back so many memories!!!! THANK YOU
Bless his heart, Houston's eye's were swollen at the end. He looked tired. Great family outing.
Y'all were having a fantastic time. We are in our 70's now and traveling is out of the question now. Lobster is heavenly, I will miss that so very much. It hurts my heart to realized we'll never get see Florida again.
What a great adventure, underwater filming outta sight. The kids are so blessed all those adventures
What a great time y'all had and those are some amazing underwater shots. Thanks for sharing as always. God Bless
Looks like ya'll had a good time. Love watching the kids. Making memories is the best. Hope ya'll are having a wonderful evening. Love you guys.
Looks like you all had a blast! Thanks for sharing your videos. Keep them coming!
Your adventures in Florida have been so much fun to watch. It's great to see you and your family experiencing different things. Very very entertaining and interesting.
What wonderful memories you are giving your kids.
Lobster 🦞 is my favorite meal! I live in RI & our lobsters look different. (like the emoji above) I boil them whole, then pick out the meat & dip in drawn butter& eat. No seasoning, just fresh! 💚 Daniel U look very tired at the closing of the video, I hope U got in a good nap!
I really enjoyed seeing EmmaLee's enthusiasm. She sure was persistent. It was fun to watch all of the flippers splashing on the surface before the family dove down after the lobsters. Snorkeling is not that easy. Watching Donovan dive for the lobsters was a treat and watching him clean the lobsters was very informative. Donovan also put on quite an exceellent "cook" demonstration. DeeJay appeared to enjoy his cooking and so did Houston. I missed seeing EmmaLee's reaction to the cook. This was a very interesting CCC journey to Miami. Thanks Daniel for sharing your journey.
This landlubber didn't know there were lobsters without claws. Those big "feelers" were scary looking! :)
I’ve never seen an ocean but I’ve always wanted to. My sister’s, niece, and all their kids have been to Florida several times. My son and his family used to go every year until he passed away this June.
Sorry for your lost 🙏
OMG I’m drooling! Never ate a lobster without claws, but they look amazing!
That was a nice gathering of some tasty "Bugs"! I hope you enjoyed the lion fish too!
I have to admit, this was one of the best videos you guys have done in a long while. I loved it.

Awesome introduction Houston! You're getting to be a smooth commentator just like your Dad. Very cool video, so much fun.
Daniel that was interesting! With the price of seafood, leasing a charter boat may be the cheapest way to get some seafood, like Lobster.
THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME GUYS!!! 🙋♀️
Great job Huston.
Man, so fun! I went scuba diving and snorkling many times in my younger years...whole other world down there...lobster...OMG...give me two tails with drawn butter and garlic and a filet and baked tater ATW...YUM What an excitement to go and catch them! Also grew up catching tons of blue claw crabs and cooking and eating until you wanted to roll over...fingers were sore...love seafood! Moved to N.E. Texas and sure do miss it!
Wow that looked like fun and even more I would have loved to sit down at your lunch wtg Donovan thanks for sharing Daniel

Daniel, I'm so happy to see you guys having some fun doing something y'all love to do but I'm not yelling at y'all but I was so scared to see that Hudson didn't have any safety vest on while on the boat. Safety always..... 🤿🦞

Okay now, let's not fuss like children...Lol!
@@paulatwood998 I love seeing them out having fun and learning more on different types of things .
Looks like an awesome time! Looks like y'all needed weight belts to help with your skin diving. That's what we used to do to help with buoyancy when skin diving.
Now that looked like fun. Up here in Maine we don't dismantle the lobsters before cooking them but I am going to give that a try.
Reminds me of a trip to Cuba, we were staying in a home, little B&B, and the lady was the best cook. She offered to cook us a full lobster dinner for $5. But since lobsters are used so much in the hotels, private citizens aren't allowed to go out and catch them. But the lady had a friend that snuck out and caught some, and had to sneak in the back door with them hidden in a sack.
What a great video, love watching.
That was a cool video! One of your best!
Great video of you guys adventure!!!
Dan I shared this on facebook Capt. would be handie with cooking from the ARMY they all did their share of treating a cook out to the people in the group !!!
IN Maine, we cook the lobster first, then take it apart, don't put anything on it, just dip it in clarified butter. By the way Houston Lobster fisherman and those who haul it (transport it) call lobsters "bugs." Because that's what they look like. lol Up here you catch lobster in traps. Fun video glad you all had a great time.
Essentially they are big bugs. They are related to roly-poly bugs (AKA pill bugs or sow bugs).
Love it. You all went well.
I gotta be honest --- an iguana snorkeling trip sounds like a pretty good time!
Now my mouth is watering for some lobster.... He knows what he's doing. Awesome video
Love your videos keep up the good work
Hi love y’all vids. Y’all are my favorite youtubers
now that was awesome and thanks for another great video.
Looks like so much fun.
Oh wow what fun to catch your own lobster! I love all shellfish so much but one day became deathly allergic. When I see anyone eating them it makes my mouth water! I know I don't have to say "enjoy"! ;)
