- In this episode of MTP, Dr. Perito answers a viewer question about whether or not it's appropriate to revise a penile implant procedure in order to use a larger implant.
Penile prostheses are meant to last indefinitely; the act of removing one and replacing it with another greatly increases the risk of complications and infections and shouldn't be done unless strictly necessary. That being the case, the most surefire ways to increase size are to a) perform the daily penile implant exercise (see: MTP 57) and b) to engage in regular sexual activity!

Dr perino did my implant. He is well versed and has done so many procedures. He is right use the implant and maintain your length. After prostectomy you will have less length because the prostate was removed. But once your implant is in and you use it bingo. They always size up on removal tho. So god forbid It fails you’ll get a little bigger one on replacement.

Glad to hear it! It's important to find a dedicated implanter; the effectiveness is greater and the chance of a complication is lower.
Dr. Perito did my implant 5 years ago and I have no regrets. I'm 50 years old and f**k like a rabbit in heat. My confidence level is through the roof. I'm very sexually active and prior to the surgery there's nothing worse then not being able to perform to your full potential. I got tired of making excuses, avoiding sex even when i wanted it. The lack of performance was embarassing.
Now women have MULTIPLE orgasm with one session with me. I'm able to have multiple orgasm as well and that's on heard of because it don't come down until you press the release button. I highly recommend this procedure to those who needs it. If you're sexaully active this coloplast implant is on another level.
I also had the girth injections, the only thing about the implant is after you get it done. Make sure you keep up with your cardio. The implant won't fail you but if your cardio is not right you'll run out gas during sex. Having sex from 1 - 3hours i'm not making this up, can be your new norm🤣🤣🤣🤣.......it definitely mine.

Since UroFill™ is an aesthetic procedure, it's not covered by most, if not all insurance plans. It is possible to apply for financing, however.
I have a question doc ? Alex from Orlando Fl ! I have a COLOPLAST Titan implant that replaces a AMS 700 that I have for near 4 years ! My revision and replacement was done here in Orlando by a great physician Dr Jeffrey Braddy ! I have the Titan w the old original Genesis pump ! I have this implant for the past 4 year and I love it !!! Beyond Hard !!!! I never cycle the implant once a day for one year like y suggest, plus I probably inflated my implant around 90 to one hundred times, not much !!! My question for you is, it’s ok for me to go months with out inflated or perhaps one year plus, I’m curious to know if I don’t inflate my implant for a long period of time if that can cause any damage to the implant ? Going to be looking for your value answer ! Tku !

I just had a penile implant replace after 18 years. Got the 700 CX 21” with 1 rear tip back for 4 weeks check up . Pump it up it was heart breaking loss in length and a lot in girth . Now one of cylinder is trying to come out the head. Will I have to have it taking it out?

hi i been doing the exersise i learn in your videos about 4 months after my surgery my DR, only toldme jus to inflated never any about any exersise i have regained some of i lost i notice lately i pump until i cant any more but i notice the pump goes flat i was thinking no more solution i ask my DR, said he put plenty but i think it goes like in vacumm because no more solution i can gain little bit more but am stock can you please tellme why is this way thank you DR.i wach every new video
I learned the exercise from my patients! When their partner is on top, they feel they are losing power. Why? Because they are working the tissues! If the pump collapses, you have bottomed out your reservoir and need more saline.

I've never done the exercise. Instead my lady and I have sex 3 times a week. In 8 months I've gained both length and gerth. I pump up in the hot tub everyday and it seems to help too. Good show doc!!! Great info!!!
Hi! I was just diagnosed with a 7 on the Greeson Scale of 6-10 for Prostate Cancer. I already had severe ED as a Gay man locked into a Str8 marriage for 30 yrs. I’m now free to date a horny 28 yr old. I’m being offered removal of the prostrate, which I’d have nothing to stimulate by him, or focused radiation. Are those my only options? They only found cancer in 2 of 12 biopsy samples. I was planning on the implant & Urofill but now I have to address the cancer 1st. Any recommendations? Rod

Can sex dolls help regain size if not able to have sex with a spouse do to reduce size and medical problems with spouse. And if sex dolls help which would be better ones with suction or with heat
