Jesus Calls the First Disciples
16 Passing alongside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. 17 And Jesus said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”[a] 18 And immediately they left their nets and followed him. 19 And going on a little farther, he saw James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, who were in their boat mending the nets. 20 And immediately he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants and followed him.

Yes very encouraging.. if this is one of the way to do our assignment work before Jesus comes back to encourage one another lift one another, so be it. Anything for God.
Mostly we need to encourage others too new people and believers who is struggling in faith.

Thank you so much for God's Word spoken today. I too am in the middle of a huge transition that has left me wondering what now, where do I go, what do I do and in the midst of this, find myself sad and lost and scared. I have no real skills according to the world's standards but yet God sees me differently. This reminded me I am in this season of life for a reason and He is not done with me yet. It is hard to let go of the last assignment He gave me for the past 3 years, and I am not real sure it is completely over, but I will trust HIm in the process. The word "restore" continued to play in my thoughts as I was praying this morning and then I heard this message. I will wait and trust Him in the process of my next stage, assignment, in this life as hard and scary as it may be. Please pray God will give me the comfort and strength to push through and know He is with me during it all and that this is enough to smile and be happy. Blessings to you and yours!
