It was one of the first time I got a bonar for a man, this special was special to me, because I then knew why would he special to me for the rest of my life.
@@brettpenning you never can tell. I think that's actually the video title, not necessarily their own title. On YT it's broken up into, I think 6 parts. I've seen others react to part 1, thinking they would do all the parts only to be disappointed that they didn't continue it.
He has 4. True stories I made up, completely serious, happy thoughts, and people pleaser. They go from silly and random to savage. He's had quite a transformation over the years. Luckily his humor grew similar to mine, so I've been able to enjoy them all.
He has a great, and even older special. There is probably no video of it but it's hilarious, called "True stories I made up" from 2005 or 2006. As someone else said, this one is from 2007 I believe. That was when he first started getting famous was 2005-2008 or so. These older specials are what landed him his show on Comedy central which ran for 11 years.
I’m uncertain of the reference as I just started listening, but, given the context, Snapple was unknown until the late conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh was hired as a spokesman. The rest is history. Near over night success, after Rush promoted it.
Wild how Daz thought this was 2015, most of the web redemption clips y’all have seen are around that old. This was 2007. Happy Thoughts was his best special in my opinion
This series has been requested many times in the comments. Glad you finally got to it. Part 2 is savage. BTW: Demi Moore & Ashton were divorced in 2013. Ashton has been married to Mila Kunis for a number of years and they have a couple kids.
Tosh has some of the best football jokes you'll hear. "Whens this Fucker gonna wrap it up, we've got kickoff!..... its so hard to be a Christian in the west coast time zone"
I agree with Daz, especially on the water bottle part, he had the same rhythm as Brian Regan. I wish y'all would react to more Brian Regan, especially his older material, like Stupid In School, or Manslaughter.
Detroit is more east than Atlanta. Canada is south of Detroit. Maine is closer to Africa than Florida is. Alaska is the most northern, western, and eastern state. I love quirky geography facts like that
@@HBC423 lots of people do for various reasons. One being, they are going to canada. Two, and in my case I have family there. Three, there is still business and industry there. Lots of trucking and whatnot still happening. Four, they go there to film documentaries and youtube videos about how shitty it is.
how do you tease us, and yourselves, by not playing part two right away! Katrina was 2006, and hes talking like its fresh news, so this could be 2007-2008
I love that you ‘blokes’ love comedy…but how have you NOT discovered the G.O.A.T. yet?!?! Bill Hicks was the best comedian to ever live. Let’s see and hear a reaction video please!!!!
Since the 1990's "savage" has been used to describe something that is extremely good, cool, fierce, etc. It has morphed into a word that often describes a remark or comedy that is brutally/ruthlessly on point. Savage is a more descriptive term for this type of comedy/comedian. This type of comedy is usually referred to as dark, black, gallows or morbid humor which is often offensive, harsh, etc. Lingo/slang changes. Somewhere in the last few years (could be longer) this type of comedy took on the word "savage" to describe comedy that is funny with an edge, dark side or a blistering takedown, hardcore shade, etc. There are many different types of comedy, some people like this type of humor & some don't. If you use the word "funny" to describe all types of humor, it gives nothing away in terms of what type of comedy it is. If someone uses the word "savage" to describe a comedian or their type of humor I know exactly what I'm in for. Because I like a little "warped" with my comedy, I'm all in for anything referred to as "savage". :) Of course, this is just the way I see it.
This is 2007 it's pretty old. This is the special that introduced me to Tosh because it was the same year I started college.
2006
@@BenTIStudios the album came out in 2006, the special came out in 2007
If you never saw his comedy central presents I highly recommend it.
New jokes and riffs, but legit tosh. Everything hes done is hilarious.

This whole special is great.

you def have to do Happy Thoughts 2011 after you are done with this one. That is a killer special.

Sounds like Brian Regan…. But definitely darker comedy than Brian 🤣
Could you give "Moss" by Tosh a go? That segment might be the furthest across the line I've heard him go... 🤣
