Vera Chang Garcia Try asking for portland cement. You're probarbly getting the ready mixed bags of concrete and then mix the cement with sand your self. Concrete is made up of cement, gravel and sand and is then mixed with water. Portland cement on it's own should be a fine grey powder. Looking at the video it seems as though the cement has been mixed with only with sand and no gravel has been added. So it's more of a motar then it is actual concrete.

Where do you get this kind of cement that is economical ? All the cement I get is full of gravel.
